I've been using this site for a while a never had any issues until a company I purchased $8,000 worth of products from, sent me my products two months late and when I received them half of the product was destroyed. I've complained to the seller and also reached out on several occasions to customer service placed a claim and neither alibaba nor the seller are attempting to fix this issue. In these hard times I now have to deal with taking legal actions to keep my business going. I hope no one goes through this.

Very helpful staff, very good communication so there could be no confusion with the product purchased. I required UPS shipping service to Spain which was 2 weeks time - very fast. I will certainly order more items from this seller when I require them.

Beyond my expectation, I'm very happy with this wallet, which replaces one purchased decades ago and was pretty much falling apart. I like that this new one has many slots for credit cards, membership cards, insurance cards, etc, and the flip-out window for an ID card is very handy.
Slightly bulking for a front pocket after full load, it's acceptable, not a big deal.

I was very skeptical about my 1st purchase as so far I'm very satisfied in how the platform manages every sample transaction I've ordered from suppliers. I was kept up to date in regards to supplier quotes, leads, order status, shipping, tracking information and delivery notification.

I appreciate it for several reasons!
1. poor work of the messenger (chat and messages) often messages are not displayed, but a notification has come! It also takes a very long time to load an hour of messages both on the phone and on the desktop computer.
2. There is no way to complain about the seller (or this option is located in a hard-to-reach place) MAKE MORE AVAILABLE "create a complaint about the seller". + to have such an opportunity in the chat of correspondence. Sellers sometimes ignore specific questions about the product, their price or quantity (I can provide evidence if necessary)

We've had a great purchasing experience, sales people are patient and try to understand the needs.
Overall,, the product worked well.
The brightness is good, showed to be compatible with the Android apps we use.
We've tested a 4 ft drop and product didn't break - continued working!
The only recommendation aside from not having USB-C, which appears the newer line of products have: the inclusion of bracket holes/dents, so we can deploy holders.

I've ordered from Alibaba on several occasions now, and bought from 2 - 3 different suppliers. While there seems to be a variety in the quality of goods (and sellers) available, if you find a reputable supplier, they are worth their weight in gold. Many of the sellers are quick to respond, have amazing communication and customer service, and will work with you to meet your deadlines or wholesale quotas. There are trade assurances in place, in case you have issues with your shipment or defective goods. I only wish I found my suppliers sooner; could've saved a lot of money for my small business. Happy that I know about them now, and highly recommend Alibaba as a safe platform for all wholesale buyers.

First time using Alibaba, and have to say, I am satisfied. Alibaba offers a plethora of manufacturers and suppliers to choose from and convenient payment options as well. I've been in touch with many businesses already in China and have received some product samples. Process has gone very smoothly. Will be returning to the platform again.

Alibaba will not support the end buyer if you have problems with the manufacture like in their heading. They will always side with the manufacture because that's how Alibaba gets paid buy what we purchase, they would be shooting themselves in the foot doing so. So buyer beware I spent 3 months fighting because our manufacture didn't build our product correctly, provided Alibaba with all the proof and they decided in the manufactures favor because they just want their money out of the deal. So you might as well go straight to the manufacture and save thousands of dollars buying direct.
