This is about the 4th time I have had issues with even viewing there site for motorcycle parts, I did order a couple items in past but never received items and fought with them for months to get a refund, as there excuse is its the supplier they use. Its BS. Now even if I view an item like last night, somehow charges ended up on our charge card from China. I have never used this card for my purchases but?. Bank Called & card cancelled permanently. Do not view site or make any purchases, some where down the road someone will access your info some how and steal from you. This time it was less than 12 hrs.

Do Not do business or even view Alibaba sites

Friendly, honest, quick, and efficient communication. Product is of high quality and works perfectly. Packaging is really nice. Laser engraving looks great! Strongly recommend this product and working with this supplier!

I ordered stickers from a Chinese seller through Alibaba.com. The proforma invoice of $40 prepared prior to order confirmation was amended to $186 when the order was sent. In this case, I could not receive the order due to excessive customs duties. I paid for a product that did not exist. The seller did not refund me and Alibaba.com was not interested. Chinese companies are protected by alibaba.com. I think they are organized and I think this should be known.

The experience is amazing. First time ordering from Alibaba as I am trying to open my online store. And everything i legit with great quality. All the supplier keep a very good communication so far. I am very happy with the experience.

Pros:

Huge variety of products - Found exactly what I needed!
Communication with sellers was smooth - Easy to ask questions and clarify details.

Cons:

Limited payment options - More options like AliPay or even crypto would be helpful.
Seller data accuracy - Some listings had incorrect pricing or minimum order quantities.

Overall:

Positive first experience, but Alibaba could improve by offering a wider range of payment methods and ensuring seller listings are accurate

It arrived a week early. Thoroughly and securely packed. This is a great product. Not warm even after 12 hours of operation. The UV/IR cannot be switched off, which I don't like, but the product is of excellent quality. Highly recommended

I was concerned about the delivery-time and quality of my product from this company.
I was also VERY WORRIED about the security of my payment. That left me hesitant.

I have found Alibaba merchants offering nice deals, great quality while working with me to make the buying experience go smooth as possible. Shipping in 2020 has been a challenge at both ends yet we pulled it off several times. My large freight met issues that were resolve quickly with team work between seller and manufactures so that I could be happy in the end. Overall, compared to other sites used, Alibaba stays on top! Customer comes first and I like that.

Thank God I contacted the supplier before ordering the phone below: some of the features advertised on their site (e.g. See p. 2) exist only in Chinese, which, as they claimed, they neglected to mention! If this is not false advertisement, then what is it?

I have done thousands of dollars in business with them. I have never ever had a problem. Once I ordered something by accident, and was refunded that day... The products are exactly what you order nothing more or less.

Working with ALIBABA has made my life so much easier. 99.99% of the suppliers are honest and are eager to work with you in any way possible. They cut out the middle man which increases your profit margin.
