I bought samples from Shenzhen Plery Network Tech Co., Ltd.
They sent samples which are not working. When I asked replacement, they asked me more money for additional shipping cost. So I went Alibaba for help.
I only got refund cost of the product. Not for air shipping. From 103.00, I only got refund 42.00.
Buyers, Be careful. ALIBABA IS FOR CHINA SUPPLIER.

Last Christmas I order approximately $120.00 of products from Alibaba. They never came. However, my credit card company has continued to bill me for those preoducts even though a wrote them a leeter telling them I never received the products they were asking me to pay for. They have billed me repeatidly, and have negitively infuenced my credit even though they were witten about why I would not pay. I will never pay for anything I didn't receive, and I am NOT legally required to. I don't know what to do to get this situation resolved.

I am writing to share my personal experience with Alibaba in hopes of raising awareness and encouraging others to be cautious before committing to any of their subscription services. I have been using Alibaba as a dropshipping supplier, primarily sourcing products to sell on eBay. Out of curiosity, I once visited the Alibaba subscription page. Shortly after, I was contacted by three senior business executives who persistently pressured me to sign up for the Alibaba Gold Membership—a service that I had no interest in and was clearly not suited for my needs. Due to the persistent follow-ups and pressure, I eventually agreed. On November 26,2024, I attempted to make a wire transfer to Alibaba's Citibank account. However, the payment was later canceled because my bank informed me that the transfer was missing Alibaba's full legal company name. I was assured by the bank that the funds would be returned within two business days. Trusting this, I proceeded to make a second payment of USD $1,999 through PayPal on November 27,2024, which was instantly received by Alibaba. Unfortunately, the initial wire transfer from November 26 was never refunded, and despite my continuous efforts since January 2025, I have not been able to recover that payment, nor have I received a refund for the one-year Gold Membership fee. It has become increasingly clear that Alibaba is prioritizing fee collection over genuine customer support. I now feel misled and unsupported, and I believe others should be aware of such practices. Alibaba's lack of transparency and refusal to resolve the issue is deeply disappointing. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows of a direct email address or contact number to reach someone at Alibaba who can actually help resolve this issue, I would be extremely grateful for your guidance. I can not recommend using this platform...As many others have stated Alibabas Trade Assurance is a come on scam.We purched 6500.00 worth of tool cabnits from "Quindao Chrecary International Trade Co"
All during the Q and A process they told me how great their products and services are. How they stood behind there products with a 2 year warentee and how they had State Side service reps to handle any claims. Alibaba also claims to have your back. I have been dealing with a damaged Cabnit of over 2 months now and all I get are excuses.
The seller is communicating with me but tells me there is nothing they can personally do that Insurance won't cover the damage. Well then they should send me a replacement unit right? Nope they are unwilling to do that as well. If you buy anything from this platform it's like going to a Casino and placing that money on the Roulette table.
The quality of these cabnits from this vender is claimed to be Snapon quality...That's a lie...They are worse then Harbor Freights cheapest quality cabnits. Stay clear of this vender and Stay clear of Alibaba.

I've ordered twice from Alibaba and the products themselves were okay. The shipping and added fees caught me off guard. A $3 item quickly became $7 after shipping and customs were factored in! Its a great platform if you're buying in large quantities but for smaller orders, the costs can add up

Aliibaba is a SCAM SITE! The site supports companies that take your money, and won't help you to get a refund, they just blow smoke up your $#*!, someone should ban them from rippin people off in this country.

Nicely packaged in compact case, each part enclosed in bubble wrap (2 batteries) to prevent accidental damage. Kit comes with 1 battery, so I ordered an extra battery, since I planned on keeping this unit if it worked well. Tested and had just enough power to wash away dried off mud and bird droppings. Has enough pressure to wash vehicle from 4 ft away. Did not come with any hose clamp to lock the water filter within the water bucket. Used 2 buckets of water to wash my car and I considered this to be the best pressure washer I have used so far. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good one.
