Received aed in time. Did not love that the batteries came in a ziplock bag and we were short 1 battery. That was very upsetting.

School Nurse <--- Our school came back from fall break to find the batteries in our AEDs had reached their expiration. EVERY SINGLE ONE. We got a loaner from our local EMS who said that it usually took a few weeks for batteries to arrive when they ordered from their supplier. I called AED Superstore who assured me they had some in stock and got them to me in 2 days. Our local EMS said they were going to speak to their manager and order from AED Superstore in the future. AMAZING Service!
Ordering was simple, it was delivered timely and packaged well. Our neighborhood EMT said it was a snap to set up. We pray we will not have to use it but are grateful to have on hand just in case.

The sharps containers I bought are of good quality and the price was very reasonable. They were well packaged and timely delivered.
Placing the order was easy but I never received an email telling me it had shipped so I had to call. They assured me I would receive it when needed and I did. I do think their shipping rates are exorbitant so it definitely makes me think twice before I order something so that's why 4 stars instead of 5.

The delivery was faster than I thought it would. The problem is the wrong AED pads were sent. I will call today and fix the problem. They are always helpful when you call
Ordered a new battery for my Rotary Club's AED. It arrived a few weeks later. It was carefully wrapped and packaged and arrived in very good condition.
