Thank you so much. I had actually ordered the same item directly from Laerdal (July 31, well before the hurricanes). After one full month, the tracking said that my item was in Tennessee with no anticipated delivery date. Two weeks after that I received email notice that it had been delivered. When i contacted Laerdal to say it hadn't been delivered, we discovered that somehow it was delivered "twice," signed for by someone and then sent back to Laerdal as "undeliverable." Needless to say, even though I had to wait just a bit for my item from your company, I am thrilled to have it, thrilled that you were responsive and followed up when I wasn't sure this was going to be a good shopping experience, etc. Thank you very much! The products were great but the S + H charges were a lot. It almost doubled what I paid for.
I ordered and received my order. The pads need to last the 4 years as the batteries do.
We received the items we ordered in a timely fashion and now are AED is functional and available when and if needed.

I have to go to multiple sites to obtain my training supplies. You should carry "training kits" for CPR & First Aid classes as well as disinfectant wipes.

My ordering experience went well as expected, keep up the great work.
I was kind of bugged by the ordering my products and paying almost the same amount to shop them as I paid for them. Between the shipping and the sales tax, it changed the price per item from $1.50 to over $3 each. And then I get an email the next day saying my order is backordered, with no estimated time of arrival. I'm 90% sure I won't be ordering from you guys again.
Overall great service. My only complaint was out of your control but delivery service left package on the ground by my fence on a busy highway with rain in the forecast.
