Please note that we stated in our order that we DO NOT have a mailbox at our residence. You do not accept a PO Box as a mailing address. That makes me nervous because I don't have a clue who you ship with. If you send it USPS the letter carrier WILL NOT bring it to our residence because we don't have a mailbox. We just have to hope the item is noticed at the local post office before it is given to the letter carrier. If you use any other company to ship our residence address is perfect. The problem is that I don't know how you ship. Were it not for that I would have rated the transaction with all 5 stars!
Replacement pads and battery ARE expensive.
