Awful disappointing, awful disappointing using fifty characters
I ordered a Father's Day gift for my husband. 50$ down the drain. It was pressed wood, not good quality. The colors were dark and not bright as advertised. The names of my children were barely legible. They offered a 30% refund and coupon. I told them to keep the coupon and just give me whatever refund they will give me. They have great customer service and were very helpful. I do not recommend their products after my purchase.
The items ordered were not as described. One item was damaged, the others were frames and the opening is a small thumbnail opening which you won't even be able to see the pictures. It took over a month to receive items and now I've been trying to get a refund for the last three weeks and they will not email me to tell me how to get a refund or give me one!
I ordered an anniversary gift on May 19. It was not received by my daughter until June 21! There was nothing to indicate that the product would take that long to deliver! Also the quality was not worth the price I paid for it! AND they had to put it together themselves!
I have not even received so much as a shipping alert, let alone the product and the 50th wedding anniversary celebration was YESTERDAY. I paid an extra, VIP price to insure timely arrival. They fail to mention in the specifics that the ETA is for PROCESSING time ONLY, not shipping too. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a Mother's Day gift on may 6. It's June 16 and I still haven't received it. I received messages saying it is bc they are overwhelmed with orders. It has shipped multiple times. Even after I cancelled the order nearly a dozen times. They never canceled it and just kept telling me 1-2 more weeks. Every week they did this. Now today I get a shipping notification. It's coming internationally. I am extremely unhappy with their service and will be going after them in a legal manner to get my money back if they do not refund it on their own at this point. This is by far, some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. A really crappy business.
It was rather lengthy, and the quality of the necklace was that of a bubble gum machine item. It faded within one week.
I ordered a customized gift over a month before needed. It came late, was broken, and had the wrong name. I contacted customer service about just a replacement. A few days went by and they offered me a coupon. I said no, I just wanted the right thing. A few more days go by, and they offer me a new one but it'll be delayed because of Mother's Day. Ummm...that was a month ago. At that point, I'm thinking this company is a scam. I just asked for a refund. More time goes by and they say they will refund me if I send them the broken, wrong name piece back to them internationally at my expense. No thank you. I spent a good amount of money on this and will just be out that money than spend even more for something that will also likely arrive broken and several months after the event I needed it for. Don't waste your time or money!
I am beyond disappointed and overall angry. Not only did I wait a MONTH to receive my item, what I received was HORRIBLE! The picture I submitted for the memory bracelet and the photo they put in there were not the same at all. They changed the race of my husband and his father.
I wanted this to be a meaningful Father's Day gift and had I received it when I was supposed to then I would have had time to order from a different company.
"Contacting" them is a joke. It takes DAYS for them to get back to you. I'm still waiting to hear if they're going to give me my money or fix the bracelet and send me a new one.
I purchased an item for Mother's Day, I paid for the VIP And standard shipping. I was told that my Standing in line would be greatly reduced due to the VIP and instead it still took Over 30 days to get my item. When I finally did get My item it is tacky where the Decal is located and the adhesive is coming off. After about 2 weeks of back-and-forth they finally Agree to give me a Full refund after I threatened to call my credit card company. However I am responsible for Shipping the item Back at my own expense to China. I had sent them proof of the defective product and instead of just giving me My money back. They offered me a partial refund Of 20% or I have to ship it back myself.
Ordering was easy but did not receive my order. But they charged my credit card. Tried checking status online but couldn't because I never received email with my order number.
Don't order anything from this site, EVER! I saw an ad on Facebook for this cute personalized flower pots and thought it would be a great gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I was aware that the pot probably wouldn't arrive before Mother day as I did order 2 weeks before and personalized items tend to take longer. Fast forward 5 weeks later and my mom FINALLY received her pot but it was completely damaged. She could hear the rattle of the broken pieces when she lived the box off the door step. She sent me pictures of the packaging and the broken pot, and I immediately messaged the customer service at Adorlla attaching the pictures and my purchase confirmation. The response I got left me baffled. The service representative told me they were sorry and offered me 20% of my purchase as a refund! THIS IS ABSURD! What disrespect this company has for their customers. This pot cost me over $50 and they want to refund me a mere 20% of that for a pot that arrived broken and almost an entire month AFTER Mother's Day as passed? Shame on them! Please, don't let anyone buy from this company, they are a scam!
Took longer to have it made and delivered then what I wanted but they did give me a refund for the shipping since it took so long.
It was easy to enter in what I wanted and checkout was fast.

I had a good experience so far. The only thing I'd wish for would be an edit button to the items in the cart. And if there is one I couldn't find it. All I saw was the and because of that it took me way longer than it should have. So excited for my family to get everything. It is a surprise for all of them!
It was really small, I thought it would be bigger especially for how much I paid for it. Other than that it's great.
I paid extra for expedited delivery. Ordered on 5/8 and didn't receive until 6/3. The pots were much smaller than I thought they would be. Purchased as Mother's Day gifts and very disappointed in the delay and communication.
Shipped 11 days after production. I paid for 3 day shipping and the product never arrived. They refuse to refund the money because it's not their fault it did not arrive. They refuse to provide customer service.
