Product on websites image is vastly different than the product delivered. Iv3 requested a return but have yet to hear anything back. If my return is not allowed I will not shop here and even make it my duty to spread the word to others to not use this website. You may scoff at the idea but whatever helps one sleep at night.
I had no idea it was coming from out of the country. I paid a lot extra to expedite the shipping and it took forever! Not happy and will not purchase from this company again.
I was very disappointed that my son and daughter-in-law never received the Anniversary gift i sent to them from this company despite the fact that i paid $25 for expedited shipping. I went back and forth with them for a month and they wouldn't give me a refund when i asked for it. All they did was to offer to send the item again. I highly doubt that my son will ever receive his gift.
I was disappointed that it didn't show a preview of my order and the select pebble option was confusing. The only choice you had was to select no. I didn't understand what that meant. I hope it didn't mean I didn't want pebbles in the picture because I do.
Credit card was charged a good two weeks before shipping of items. Should never happen.

Not only did the items I ordered, a lamp and gift box, come weeks late, but the lamp was snapped in half and the gift box was crumpled. It took 6 emails over the span of a week to reach customer service, and their final response asked me to fix the lamp myself. The best they would offer was a 20% refund for a lamp that was 100% broken.
Ordered item. Never recieved it. Recieved Email asking for more money so that they could finish sending product. Product was already paid for. Sounds like scam to me.

The item I bought arrived later than I thought it was going to be. I paid extra for expedited services and it still came later than I thought. It did not arrive for my anniversary even though I ordered it the week before.
I ordered a U.S. map made of wood and cork board to track all our adventures we have. When he opened it for our anniversary, the cork was separating from the wood. I sent customer service photos and they offered me $14.14 refund for my $75 purchase. I have emailed about 6 times asking to speak with a manger and they offered $22 refund. I am insulted and unsatisfied. Be warned. I will take my business to Amazon everyday with the return policy they have.

Ordered the "Adventure travel map" with tree pushpins. It was $80. It is 1/4 thick map, but the cork board is just millimeters thick, so the giant inch long thick tree pushpins do not stay in. (Also, only comes with 8 pushpins.)
It is not "real" wood, just a blurry picture of a wood grain. The compass is out of focus as well.
This was supposed to be an 10th anniversary gift, but it took 25 days for shipping, as it came from China. And trying to use their tracking is a joke. Good luck knowing when your item will get here. I still have it to my husband, but it's not a keepsake item that will last forever. Also, the corner was damaged, as it only ships in a plastic bag.
The only positive thing about this. It looks okay from a distance, but you get up close and it doesn't look good at all.
I ordered a travel map of the U.S for my anniversary with our names engraved. They sent me a map in the wrong color (the UGLIEST COLOR EVER) and forgot to send the pins with it. I emailed asking for a refund. They tried to offer me 20% back on it which is a rip off. I said I wanted a full refund and they said ONLY IF I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN ON AN ITEM THAT THEY SENT OUT THAT IS THE WRONG COLOR. AND FORGOT THE PINS. HECK no! They made the mistake, NOT ME! I AM NOT PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE! So I disputed the charge on my credit card. F THEM.
Purchased a map where you use push pins to mark where you have been for my husband. They used like a cheap glue tape to assemble so it just comes apart. The push pins that I spent extra on are nails. Also, shipping is misleading. Watch out for the extra time they try to spin. They will only refund if I pay to ship it to a place in China. Their site says us company. The cost to ship isn't worth the product considering it may not even make it back. Calling it a loss and warning everyone I know.
Extremely disappointed. I paid extra for expedited processing, and it took over 4 weeks for the item to be delivered. The item was described as hand-crafted and personalized. When in fact, it was made with stickers. Customer service responded to my concerns with the extended delivery time but kept asking me to wait another 3-5 days. They promised a $8 refund to make up for the delay, but they never followed through. Lots of false promises here...be cautious.
If i had known this was ciming from China, I would not have ordered it. Shippung took way too long and no way to track it effectively. The picture inside is not great. Have to hold it up to a light to see any part of it. Nothing like in the ad. Even though there's a way to adjust the band, for a tiny wrist it leaves two long strands/ropes hanging there. It can't be cut to eliminate this.

Ordered a flower shadow box gift for Mother's Day. It took a month to arrive from China (didn't realize it was from China). I was okay with that until it arrived broken due to extremely flimsy packaging. It arrived in thin bubble wrap and flimsy plastic packaging. Common sense is that it would break from China to US; they clearly cut corners where they weren't able to.
I notified customer service and requested a replacement, expedited shipping, and sufficient packaging. That came in the same packaging, more broken, and not expedited. I then requested a refund; no third chance. Customer service has been trying to negotiate this after they were notified of their negligence and we received a broken item….twice. Either way I'm getting my money back. We'll see if customer service would like to make it right first.
I see a lot of other good reviews for other products. It's possible they just don't package fragile items correctly. I would highly suggest going elsewhere is looking to purchase fragile items.
