One package was not delivered by Fedex in April. Since then, I've been calling Adidas many times to get a refund. Today (September), I was told I won't get a refund. They just stole $200 from me. It's a shame!
Having bought one pair of shoes that fit well, I ordered another that did not fit well. As a disabled veteran I don't have access to a printer, but many good companies have mailed me a return label to facilitate the process. Adidas will not. They say, "Take it to a local store." I'm bringing to your attention of a purchase of adidas Originals firebird track pants $77.00 and the poor quality of the fabric and the shockingly poor quality of the finish/sewing.

These track pants were received early January 2023 & I started wearing them in early February. 2023. Already they have holes in the pockets and the back seam has split.
The quality of these Adidas pants is very, very low and I'm not pleased at all with this purchase. In fact I'm appalled at the shocking bad quality of these track pants.
I've been wearing Adidas since the mid 1980's and still have some in my wardrobe that have no faults at all despite their age.
I have ordered several times from this company, my last order showed up defective or damaged I was told I could not return or exchange them. Wow I have never heard this from any retailer! What a horrible experience! I will never shop with this company again!
I ordered an expensive package from Adidas and Hayabusa back in January, I never got my package. I called both companies to see what they could do to help. Hayabusa refunded me my money and I was then able to re-order my items which finally made it to my door step, Adidas on the other hand took 11 months to tell me no, it's not their fault and that Fed Ex denied my claim. I had to call their customer service five times, each time their reprehensive said they would get back to me within five to seven business days. Never happened, ultimately on the fifth time the Adidas reprehensive said no, not my problem, tough cookies. I've been a loyal customer to the brand for years, last time I ever order online from them.

Don't give them your details as they promised a discount if you do but then don't receive it. The item I was interested in was not sale item. You get a pop up stating if you sign up to Adidas you'll get a 10% discount and if you get a friend too sign up you'll get £10 off. I got neither as the item I wanted was apparently not included in that promotion. Only a £85 pair of trainers. Not an exclusive or expensive pair. My advice...don't give Adidas your private information as in the small print they worm their way out of any promised discounted offers. I held up my part of the deal. What about you Adidas?
Would give them a zero if possible their customer service is a person reading from a script, been waiting for a RMA label on a pair of defective sneakers for 30 days. This has to be the worst company around never have I have experienced such terrible and rude service from a bunch of inept people.

My son bought a pair of sneakers, ultra boost shoes, got a confirmation letter, has been waiting for a shipping letter, instead got a cancellation of order letter. They oversold? How is this his problem? Except now he doesn't get the shoes he ordered. How was he able to place the order and pay for it? If this was a limited edition, the computer can still count, can't it? It's not human error, it's not adidas first sale event?... disappointment would be trying to order and it's sold out... getting an order and confirmed order is something different. How does the company decide who's order then gets cancelled? Not good business for a company who's consumers keeps them is business. Less than satisfied.
I ordered from adidas and my package was marked "delivered" through FedEx. I was home all day, I did not get a package. I contacted Adidas and they could give two craps less I didn't get my box because fedex marked it delivered. They don't care if they lose a customer over this who has spent a lot of money on them over the years. Just because they don't have to replace it; doesn't mean they shouldn't. I have been trying to get a refund for Shoes i returned 6 weeks ago and i am still being given the run around. I am phoning weekly now and each time i am told that the refund will be paid within a week, or two days, but then nothing happens.
For a large company i couldnt be more dissappointed, it is the worst consumer experience i have ever had. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!
I tell you Adidas is garbage right now the customer service a dumber than a box of rocks they gave me the runaround. Amazing experience whenever I purchase from Adidas. Staff are always kind and friendly, greeting me when I enter the store and quick to ask me what I'm looking for. Products are also of good quality. I would definitely recommend buying from Adidas
I placed an order on their website with our current address, which is also our default address. When I completed the order it was showing our old address. I double checked, and our old address is nowhere in the system. I called customer service and was on hold for 59 minutes, just to be told they could not change the shipping address, for this order or any future orders. What? There will not be any future orders.
I bought a pair of sneakers, were too big. I returned item... they received it on 4/19... they didnt have another size to exchange so they said they will refund me... called multiple times since then questioning my return... 6/14/22... called again... says they will escalate to supervisor but takes 10-12 business days... ANOTHER MONTH? I will never ever buy adidas again...
Company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I returned a pair of shoes for an exchange and the women said it could take up to 21 days to "inspect" my brand new shoes and then 2 weeks to ship a new pair. This is after waiting 2 weeks for the first pair. I will never deal with this online store again. They should be ashamed of thier customer service.
I placed my order a month ago and it still hasn't shipped out. When I contact customer service they just say my order is being "processed at the warehouse and that they'll notify me when it's shipped." I don't understand why it would take a month to process an order.
Returned a pair of shoes for a refund. The website says 10-14 business days for the refun to be processed. When I called customer service, they told me the "policy" is 21 days to "inspect" the shoes, then another 5 business days to issue a refund. It will take more than a month after they received the shoes to issue a refund. This is an unacceptable timeframe and does not follow their posted policy.
They shipped me the wrong item and said in order to get a refund or exchange I would have to ship it back. I did and FedEx lost it. Now they wont give me a refund or the actual item I paid for. It is legitimate theft.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
