No problem with ordering but the issue is when/if you need to exchange. Don't try as you'll never get the exchange. I have had 3 exchanges in the last 1-2 months and all 3 came back as canceled after waiting 2-3 weeks. 2 out of 3 times the items were in stock but they were still canceled. They are illegally advertising the possibility to exchange! Also, the last time I wanted to talk about this the chat was "disconnected" when I said I was unhappy and never got the chance to ask for the actual refund (that was never refunded)!
Adidas has pushed racism in the country through their showing of children shouting no justice no peace suggesting that justice is synonymous with one race being put in jail. Disgusting. And their brand is crap
Interesting models. Accurate size chart. Correct descriptions of the goods. The site is very handy: easy to find the necessary models, a variety of photos showing the model from all sides, simple and intuitive interface.
I bought 4 shoes using the e-gift card and my credit card. I kept one shoe and returned the rest 3 so that I could do 2 things: Use that e-gift card and get a nice pair of shoes.
But here comes their faulty refund process into picture. The charged my credit card for the shoes and gave the gift card back (which is just absurd! What is the point of gift card then!). I spent 1 hour each time, explaining what they did, to 3 different representatives and wasted so much time because their system does not allow to charge the e-gift card for that shoes.
I am never ever going to use Adidas in my life. They just can't accept that their system is faulty and give me my money back. They are just forcing me to pay through the credit card for the shoes and not use the gift card!
I purchased very expensive pair of Adidas 4DDD model, payed over 200€ for them, wore them for not even 15 times and then on the tip of the sneaker mash broke and a hole was made... I wear my shoes very carefully, and they are all in mint condition after years of use. I am disgusted by this specific sneaker quality, especially after I payed so much for them.
My husband's adidas slides are getting old. They are a 13, I ordered some more same size. Well, you tell me... the one on the left is the new one and the one on the right is the old one... don't waste your time. Adidas went the way of everything else... in the toilet!
I purchased clothes and I sent it back with UPS, because it was too big.
After 2 weeks they refunded money partially, I am still short of $65.
I called 15 times during 2 month and every time they promised to submit payment.

I order a pair of sneakers on Dec. 6th expecting them to be delivered by Christmas. The order was declared lost as of the 21st and Addidas made no attempt to reconcile the situation beyond refunding the order. Terrible customer service.
Placed a order on 11/30, here it is, December 19th and still no items. I did every thing right by shopping early and they really messed me up. Website showed it left their company, and then resides in a black hole for the next 3 weeks with absolutely no update beyond that using their tracking number. Called their customer service department last week who basically told me tough luck. Will never buy from their website again. I'm having to shop last minute to replace the shoes I never received. I will be requesting a full refund on Monday to help pay for the other purchases I have to make now. Really really disappointed in them. I bought on line for EVERY SINGLE purchase during my holiday shopping and this is the ONLY ONE who really screwed up.
I ordered 2 shoes from Adidas and the quality of both the shoes were of okay quality. Out of 2 I returned one of them and it has been more than 2 weeks now. Since then I cannot get a hold on my return status. I've sent more than 4 emails to their support team and shamefully I haven't got a single reply. I tried calling them twice and for both the calls they kept me on hold FOR 45 minutes and in the end they hung up.
For a brand like Adidas this is a huge disappointment. After paying thousands of rupees you get thins kind of service. I am still waiting for my return status.
As for quality, their shoes offer a reasonable quality only after you pay at least more than 15k INR, below that, in my opinion, they're no good.
I would really appreciate if someone can really help me out here or at least get this review in the eyes of Adidas. I am pretty sure I am never buying online again from Adidas's website.
They create a product where you are forced to act with haste; released with limited quantity, then do not allow you to cancel orders or return, customer service whom takes hours for you to reach ensuring no possibilities of cancelling item or be able to attempt to cancel. State that product does not allow refund or cancellations stated in their refund and return policy. You try to reach by chat, they take 2 hours for a rep to get back to you to tell you, you can just return once it arrives. You ask can you still return if it's a miadidas? 2 hours pass and then they say no. You call and the rep says they'll have to send a message to their miadidas team to get back to me first. In the era of customer service I have never had a worse experience trying to cancel an order placed by accident.
I wanted to order a jacket for my daughter for christmas, needed a medium but when I checked out it said out of stock so I went back and ordered a large and then got 3 emails saying I ordered a medium and 2 large! Immediately called customer service and was told they could not cancel the extra two jackets. I asked for manager and KENDRA came on telling me she cannot fix the problem and to just return the jackets and then they will refund my money, because I definitely have an extra 100 dollars laying around right before christmas. She was very rude and unhelpful and just kept saying the same robot phrase no matter what I asked her. So frustrated and will never buy Adidas anything! I'm also returning all 3 identical jackets! Shame on you!
I have never dealt with a company than worse customer service than adidas.com. They don't answer questions and when they do they have no idea of the answer. I picked a shoe and asked what the different of suede bottom and something they call PU. The answer was "What is PU- Product update?" They took days to answer that! I have had other issues as well and when this order comes it will be the very LAST!
Ordered a pair of yezzy on a drop. I was actually selected for the drop. Well they said they were delivered. Yet my son an I were both working in the yard that day an time of supposed delivery. And nothing. So call adidas an they say I have to wait 14 days for investigation. 14 days pass call again and the same thing. Then over a month later a supervisor calls an leaves a message that my shoes were delivered by fed ex an i would not get a refund. Bull sh*t I want my shoes or my 300 back. About to boycott adidas just like ye! Pist off customer. Oh and BTW I have blink cameras to that show no delivery that day. Where is my money!
Adidas uses LaserShip, who are one of the worst rated couriers in the country. When LaserShip failed to deliver the same package for a second time, Adidas told me that I was out of luck unless I could prove that my package wasn't delivered. Not sure how I could possibly do that. I was home for both alleged deliveries, looking forward to their arrival(the second time with some reluctance, as LaserShip had already proven themselves incompetent) and no one came. Is taking a picture of my unshod feet considered proof of non-delivery? There is plenty of proof out there that LaserShip is terrible. I was sad to see that Adidas' customer service was just as bad.
I have waited over 1 month for a purchase to then be told it was out of stock after paying for this purchase. I would highly reccomend staying away from adidas at all costs. Every purchase I have made with adidas has been a dissapointment. I could have made shoes by hand, for the time it took for them to just give me an answer regarding my purchase.
I bought an Adidas shoes couple of months ago which I thought would be perfect for everyday use. I wore it the first time and walked in it for 20 minutes, and the back of my leg started to bleed from the scraping of the shoe against my leg, not exactly what I expected..
There are quite a few companies that have excellent customer service. If an error was made by the company, I usually have had a good experience.
Adidas.com is NOT one of those companies.
Luke ordered a pair of cleats. Instead, he got a $20 tshirt. After multiple calls- each blaming the shipping company or stating that the order was on the way. After four phone calls, I pushed a little harder for information (All while being very nice). We must ship the shirt back to get the shoes. What?! Ok. Email with shipping info should be sent in 24-48 hrs. Huh? Ok. Call again. New answers. Anyway, as soon as we scan the item at ups, cleats will be shipped.
Next day: have cleats shipped? We did everything right. Can you overnight them please?

So disappointing. And this could and should have been handled better by this company.

It's been over 2 months and still no credit I contact the several times and they have no answer for me, I was told it would be escalated to management; but it's been 11 days and still have no answer! I been lied twice that I would receive 30% of voucher for the inconvenience, but didn't even receive that. Starting to believe Adidas is not very trustworthy and I should go elsewhere!

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
