I ordered an item online. It was available and the payment was successfully made. On the delivery date, I received an email that my order was canceled (without explanation) and that my refund will be within 7-14 working days. After 14 days, I follow up on the refund but they told me it was a delay.
Seriously? Why does your customer need to suffer for your inefficiency? Why? It has been 15 days but they did not give me my money back.
I purchased mens Sandals at the Niagara on the Lake location. The pair had no tag and the sales rep got another pair to scan. The sales rep carried on a conversation with coworker while cashing out. Discovered at home, she put the wrong size in the bag. Another trip to exchange them. No compensation, suggested a cheap draw string bag, that was a no. Was given 2 promo codes from Employee purchase program that did not work.
Customer service both online and phone are dead ends for returns. Don't do it!
Oh, I need to provide more text - well what I have to say in unprintable. No customer service whatsoever. Free returns is a scam.
Ordered a gift card and got charged for it, but they won't send it to me. Showed documentation of the charge and everything and every single customer service representative refuses to resolve the issue. They actually hung up on me even. Horrible! Won't ever purchase adidas brand again.
I used to only buy Nike, but now it's all Adidas. For anyone who hasn't tried the Adidas Ultra Boost, it is worth every penny. Even though the shoe is over $200, you walk in them every day and it will be the last shoe you ever need!
I order clothes from Adidas for my son's birthday. The delivery new happy. They sent me a photo and said the delivery guy left the package from my door and I need to deal with the delivery company and gave me the phone #. I called three time during my work break. Last guy from Adidas, he even hang up the phone when I ask him to refund my money because it's almost month I am dealing with these people. It's almost $400 dollars worth of clothes. I am not done with it. Never order anything online from them.
Ordered 10 days ago and still not shipped. When ordering site indicated 1-2 day processing and 7-10 days delivered. Now 10 days and not shipped or even packaged for shipping. Customer Service told me "you are wrong"... claims that policy indicates ~3 weeks to delivery. Who would agree to this. Son is growing fast, shoes probably wont fit by time they arrive. Thought I was dealing with respected global brand. Finding out Adidas is just some 3rd world backwater scam.
The shoes I received were claimed to be sized as normal but were too big, cheaply made material and customer service was a hassle because there was no care, payed over 250 for shoes that aren't of what they say they can deliver. Watch out.
Great site for all your sporting good apparel needs. I've ordered many pairs of shoes from Adidas.com and all have been shipped promptly and arrived in a timely fashion. The clothing is always "top of the line" too. I've never had to contact Customer Service for anything... so, that's a good thing.
One thing tho, I can't ever seem to find any "Air Jordans" here... the link must be missing!
Relax... I'm teasing. You'll never find a pair of Nikes on my feet. I've been a "3 stripe" guy forever. So, if Adidas is where your loyalty lies, this is the place!
Ordered a pair of shoes and did not receive it. Tracking shows delivered and signed by someone who does not stay at my address.
Looks like the carrier delivered to someone else and wrong address. Now I'm tracking to locate it and contacted fedex and adidas.com with out any success. Adidas didn't offer any real solution. Horrible customer service and a huge inconvenience.
You have one of the biggest and impressive brand positioning. However, what is most important, that you keep on going creating unique style and cool collaborations. My Adidas Eqt Shoes are truly comfy and stylish.
Thanks!
I ordered adidas shoes on 26th august 2015, & shockingly they are calling me and telling we can not deliver this product due to quality issue.my order no was *******
Worst company ever i purchased online making people fool, i will intimate everybody not to go for this
Worst service
I was sent second hand shoes by…
I was sent second hand shoes by Adidas.co.uk
There was significant wear in the insole and heal and they were soiled with mud.
The shoes had been worn for at least a couple of weeks.
This was the last pair in stock so I could not get a replacement. Adidas offered me a refund as if they were doing me a favour with a 20% voucher off future purchases...
A joke
I ordered shoes over adidas and it's been more than 20 days but still I didn't receive it and I called at least 10 times to their customer service but no one responded good. They have extremely poor service. I never expected this from Adidas. Now I understand, why Nike and under armour much better than Adidas. Now on, I would never order anything from Adidas.
They have pastel little polka dot speckles in the sole rubber portion. They don't appear in the pictures and are not apparent in the description. Then, when I sent them in for a return, they did not process the order correctly, and I had to call them to get my money back.
Bought cleats for our 17 year old. He wore them for less than 30 days and they literally fell apart. Adidas customer service refused to replace because according to them, actually using the cleats in games and practices for a month is normal wear and tear that will result in the item falling apart. Will never buy another Adidas product. Will never recommend an Adidas product.
Someone used my debit card for unauthorized purchases at Addidas. My bank contacted me and I immediately tried to contact Addidas but have been unsuccessful reaching anyone for any type of customer service. I called the phone number on the website only to stay on hold for 41 minutes before Addidas disconnected the call. The live chat option would not connect me to a human even though I reached out during business hours. I have not had any success reaching anyone connected to the company to alert them of this theft. I do not understand why a well known company has no means of customer contact for online purchases or complaints.
The customer service is horrendous. I purchased several orders during one week. The items didn't work, and I needed to return the 4 orders. I put the orders in one box. I included the order information in the box. I only received credit for one of the 4 orders. No where on the site does it state each order has to be in its own package. I called to get credit and they said that they needed the fedex receipt from the package that they received! The customer service said there are no supervisors available. I said I would hold for a supervisor. Nope. The customer service rep said "i won't waste a supervisors time on this." Customers cannot speak with a supervisor or manager. Adidas has $300 of merchandise and my money that they won't refund. Heck, at this point I would take the items back. I was a level 3 adidas member- but I will never shop
Adidas.com again.
I bought a pair of cleats, and after 6 months they ripped. I complained to Adidas, and they refunded me with a gift card instead of cash. Tried to use the gift card, but found out too late that it was an American card, and I live in Canada. I phoned adidas a total of 3 times asking them to convert it to a Canadian card. The first two times both people tried to pass the buck onto someone else and I was unsuccessful. The third time, the supervisor told me it was all resolved and I would be receiving a Canadian gift card within 24 hours. Waited 48 hours and still nothing. They flat out lied to me just to get me off the phone. I find it ridiculous that a company like adidas refuses to help their customers, especially when they sold me a defective product in the first place.
I purchased a pair of Yeezys for myself and son. The expected date of arrival changed several times, so I called customer service. They said the shoes were on back order and if they didn't ship in 2 weeks they would cancel the order. I get an email that they're delivered, but there's nothing there. I've been getting the run around from both adidas and fedex! I've made a police report but either company wants it. I need my money back on my card or my shoes that I paid for!
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
