The contacts were reasonably priced and cheaper than any other option and i got a whole years supply
I placed an order and when I checked the status they said there was error in my prescription. Nobody called me to reach out and instead waited for my call.
Your brand colors and paid sponsorship upon searching 1-800-Contact was deceiving and distracted my attention causing me to order. I didn't receive any confirmation emails upon placing my order. I didn't receive any shipping notifications or updates. Instead, I had to retrace my ordering steps to discover I didn't order from my preferred website, as well as having to click on my order to find any tracking information.
It took no time to receive my order. I like being able to go in order what I need and not wait more than two weeks to get the product.
I was told my order couldn't be fulfilled because I needed a recent prescription for my contacts. So I ordered from another place and then a week later I found out that you approved my order. So now I'm stuck with many contacts. Does not happy with that. Hopefully my eyes don't change soon.
The site itself was good. The cost of the contact lenses themselves was wonderful. Until you got to the check out and was thrown for a loop with the taxes and fees! I had almost $250 worth of taxes and fees tacked onto my order. I thought I was only going to pay around $350 for a years worth of contacts. Nope! Almost $750 later. This was supposed to be cheaper than getting them at my doctors office. Nope. Not sure I will be ordering from here again.
I decided to get contacts through this site instead of through my eye clinic because it was almost 75 dollars cheaper. I also thought I'd get them a little quicker. Yes I saved money but I also had to wait alot longer then I was expecting to get them. I didn't have a back up pair of contacts so was stuck wearing my glasses all the time. My fault, yes for not having an extra pair of contacts. But was not expecting to wait as long as I did to receive them. Im on the fence about ordering my next boxes through them
The website link to UPSP for address confirmation did not work so I had to take extra time to call customer service to place the order. I was unable to upload my prescription due to this issue so additional email communication was required. The product received was as expected/needed.
There was extra cost over and above the advertised cost of the lenses, estimated tax, and delivery charge that was not reflected on the invoice. Maybe there was a fee for verifying the prescription with my doctor? I was not prompted to upload my prescription during the order process. Afterward, I saw a message that I should upload my presription.
My experience was terrible. You charge about $60 per box of contacts, which comes up to about $120 for two boxes, but when I went to check out, a mysterious add-on fee of approximately $50 had been added to my order total. That totals up to about $85 per box, not $60.
AND, you're charged me an additional $10 for shipping on top of that price-gouging fee!
I tried every link I could find on the site to find out what the phantom $50 fee was, but couldn't find it and because delivery would've been faster than going through my eye doctor, who coincidentally charges almost the exact same $85 per box of contacts, I purchased them from you and THEN received the details behind your bogus $50 add-on fees.
I had a terrible experience and will not order from your company again.
I really dislike when you have to do something to get the discount advertised. I should have purchased from walmart so I could have just got a cheaper price and not had to jump through hops to get a refund
It was pretty straight forward, pretty much what i expected, just wish these site would put the prices to reflect the proccessing fees, that way you can have a better idea of who has the best price

It's very easy to search through the website and find the right fit for my contact needs. There wasn't pressure to buy more of anything, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Had a really bad feeling about this advertized "Rebate" to significantly lower cost per box. Did not pay enough attention on my first trial order of 2 boxes, thank goodness did calculations before placing 2nd-8 box order, after rebate these are $10/box higher than other sites. They are tricky but pat on the back, I caught it in time, just wish there was a way I could warn others to stay away!
I was shown one price and then when added lenses to cart it was a higher price. Still cheaper than at other sellers but not at the savings I initially expected.
I like my contacts and they were a great price. Product came right on time and was exactly what I was expecting.
Prices offered on the website reflect a rebate, which I can't find where to submit. The website says there are rebates that makes it very hard to figure out how to submit them.
