Prices are very reasonable, even when shipping is taken into account. Fast delivery, responsive customer service. They are my go-to place for LED bulbs.

They called me when several bulbs I ordered were out of stock, but the shipment was only delayed by a couple days. The packaging was very good to protect the items. Quality of items also exceeded expectations.

Though I love their selection, you never truly know if it's available or not. Most recent experience... in Feb ordered 4 8' LED flush mounted ceiling lights, and a dimmer. A week or two later added a couple of GFCIs. Was told the LEDs were back-ordered till 3/25. Received an email about a week beyond that date saying the materials were back-ordered for a such a time that it met their threshold for cancelling and they asked if I'd like the balance shipped. I emailed on a Saturday (when they are closed) and said sure. Didn't hear anything back that Monday. So I called and spoke to a live agent who said the entirety of my outstanding items had been cancelled... AND... the 8' lights were in stock, not on back order. I'd already found a replacement for those over the weekend. So he input the order again. Wednesday, given this had been outstanding since Feb, I reached out to Pam in C/S to express my disappointment that they weren't expediting this order given their significant lack of C/S and inventory management and the length I'd been waiting. She replied - no salutation and no apology - just boilerplate dogma about their process. I've done a fair bit of business with them and it seems the longer I'm a customer, the worse the experience.

I was looking for a light fixture that would add brightness to my garage space without requiring that I run wiring to new locations. These lights did exactly that. The angled design casts light further than previous fixture which works especially well in one of my garages that is 24' long. Installation was straightforward. Be sure to purchase bulbs that don't require a ballast. For reference, I installed 2x 6 bulb fixtures in a 23' x 21' garage space (shown in pictures) and 1x 6 bulb fixture in a 11' x 24' space.

Found the bulbs I was looking for, cold not find them in the stores. Great prices, quick delivery. Had a issue with a product being out of stock. I received a call and e-mail within a couple hours alerting me to the problem. Petey was great letting me know what my options were, he was friendly and helpful. Great company. I have told friends and family about 1000 Bulbs. Will use them again in the future.

I ordered three different types of bulbs for my home. I received an email a few days later saying one type (can light bulbs) were out of stock. My cc was charged for the full order when I made the order. I got on their website to track shipping and it shows a second set of bulbs are out of stock and I can't see any shipping information on the last set of bulbs. I did get an email asking me to review my bulbs which I haven't received. I tried calling customer service which is unavailable but I have called twice during their business hours. I'm very unimpressed and will not use them again. I'm hoping to get my money back on the products that are out of stock and still hoping to receive the other bulbs

The website made it slightly unclear as to whether or not there were 4 solar lights - the descroi[topm said
"4pcs." I bought one, planning to have 4 solar lights. I bought 3 more, then a fifth to light a gap in the walkway. While the lights (counting tax and shipping) were expensive, I think the value of solid metal lights is worth it. Also, the lights are extremely bright after a sunny day and even work after a cloudy day. After a sunny day, the lights ran all night in the winter.

2 orders of 30 lamps and 9 lamps arrived broken. They use fedex which explains so much but also do nothing to mitigate breakage which really is sad.

Got the 175w LED barn light. It only uses 40w of power but lights up the whole area! I put this up at my daughter's house for safety because she leaves for work before the sun comes up.

Replaced solar rope lights with 110v rope lights, UV from sun wiped out the solar after about 2-1/2 years on dock. These rope lights look great & really light up the area!

Got what I ordered in a reasonable time. Everything worked. Good to get needed parts after Christmas.

I have been a designer for the last 30 years and one of the most important aspects of interior designing is of course your lighting plan. I recently ordered lightbulbs from 1000bulbs.com for recessed lighting I had installed in my study. I had a very difficult time finding the lightbulbs I needed which have a very narrow beam spread. 1000bulbs.com had multiple choices within the parameters that I wanted and the helpfulness from the support team was a refreshing change from the usual service that many companies provide. I have purchased light bulbs from 1000Bulbs before each time with excellent results. This time I purchased KN-95 Face Masks for our daughter, a practicing Psychologist, who sees patients all day every day. These masks appeared to be of very good quality so I purchased 3 packages of 20 and had them sent to her home. The delivery service had an issue and the masks went missing. Customer Service (Pam & Tiara) at 1000Bulbs was outstanding and a replacement order was immediately secured and was delivered in record time. I could not have asked for a better product or better service.

The products I purchased were top quality at low prices compared to other online companies. Shipping went well an online collaboration is legitimate.
