I am very disappointed about this situation. Why? I spent about $800 as my first time purchase. It will be my last. In my opinion, your company should replace the defective bulb, which as I understand it, is under warranty. You should replace it and ship it free. I was told your company's policy is to charge shipping of $15 on bulbs under $20. So, I would have to pay $15 for an $18 bulb. On top of all this, you pro-rate the credit. You market this bulb as 50,000 hours and it has been installed less than one year and used about 6 hours per day. That is not the way a good company does business. It reflects a cheapness about your company. My future business will be with someone who actually does value their customers.

I ordered 1 small bulb for $4.30. The shipping was $16.35. I couldn't cancel the order and called as soon I I could the next morning. I was told it had been shipped 2 hrs earlier (8 am). I asked if I could return it and was told no but they could give a partial refund. I was told they'd credit me $12.01, A few days later I saw they had only credited me $6.82. I won't be ordering from them again!

I ordered a recessed light fixture. I am not happy with how my current recessed lighting dims. The one I purchased didn't dim to off. It just slightly dimmed so I ordered a different recessed lighting and arranged to return the first. The first light fixture cost $15 plus or minus a few pennies. UPS wants $22 to ship it from Napa, CA. To Mesquite, TX. Of course I'm now stuck with the first fixture. The second fixture is ok but not as good looking as my current lights. It cost $19 plus or minus. Guess I'm stuck with them!

1000 bulbs is a great resource for contactors, they pretty much carry the majority of the larger brands, they also have a great sales team that are tied into your account so they are your personal contact agents who will work with you on all your projects.

Multiple fraudulent charges

I placed an order for $33:45 and over the next few days, they charged my PayPal account FIVE times for that order. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, the charges have still not been reversed.

Horrible customer support

Don't Order

The processing time to receive your order is horrible, received my light bulb package in broken damage boxes, on top of missing 4 boxes of light bulbs. Sales person did not provide no type of incentive for the lateness of failed delivery appointments, nor missing package delivery. I request a price match a few days after receiving my order and the sales representative failed to do so, after spending over $5,000 in lightbulbs. Customer service is horrible, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible company

I bought 4 halogen bulbs for my backyard they are on sensors after approximately 1 month 2 of the 4 stopped working when i contacted them to replace my bulbs they told me sorry you are over the 30 day time period very inferior product stay away

They haven't returned my money (1350$)

The customer service is horrible, they didn't ship ither of my orders on same day as the website claims they do. Infact it took the first order 4 days and I had to call to get them to ship it.
The second order again they didn't ship then they sold out of products that I had ordered days prior.
When we tried to re work the Second order they canceled first order but still have not released the hold to my money, 5 days and counting, do not do business with this company because they do not care at all about your business

Ordered four (4) MR16 bulbs, the supplier charges an exorbitant price to ship, twice what the actual product cost. The individuals manning the customer service chat line send you into oblivion and then issue a "return merchandise authorization" which contains absolutely nothing in regard to warranty or standing behind their product.

I have been a customer of 1000Bulbs since I discovered them during a search back in 2014. I have been ordering at least annually since then. And I order a LOT of lights as we are huge decorators. All products I have purchased have been of a better quality than that of the big box stores and other large retailers. The construction grade string lights are the best! And the fact that I can buy strings of lights that do not go out if one burns out are extremely beneficial. The cost of those may be a little higher, but at least I'm no longer replacing string lights every year, or going through every single bulb on a string to find the one that is burned out. And on a personal preference note, I am quite thankful to be able to find C7 bulb replacements in LED. Not an easy find if you need large quantities. Speaking of which, purchasing through 1000Bulbs ensures I will be able to get an adequate supply of the lights I need. Going to local retailers looking for a large amount of a certain color can be a daunting task. Running around to each location because each individual store only has a handful of each color (with the exception of clear). In addition, I have found the customer service to be outstanding. If there are any questions/concerns with my orders, I receive calls and emails in a timely manner. I always feel they are providing the best customer service possible. In addition, I always receive my purchases in a timely manner and have never received an incomplete or inaccurate order. To conclude, I highly recommend 1000Bulbs. I am a lifelong satisfied customer and believe once you purchase from them and see the multitude of product they sell, you will as well!

A very poor experience. I purchased a bunch of light bulbs 2 months ago and they have still yet to come. Don't use 1000bulbs... I always have a nightmare with them.

I went to Lightingandsupplies.com and have these items shipping tomorrow.

Bogus warranty!

Just wanted all of you to know when you see a warranty on a product from this place, let's say a 5 year on an LED fixture, when said fixture goes bad they want to give you a prorated pay out! Bull$#*!! What that means is you won't be able to replace that fixture without money out of your pocket. Find another place to get fixtures if you want to keep your profits from jobs!

Give me a break

I ordered three different bulbs and only one was correct. The other two, which gave me a sense that they were standard bulbs from the web page. However when they arrived I called to say that they were the wrong ones. The rep. Said that I chose the wrong ones and that I could return them. #1 I already paid for shipping #2 they wanted to charge me shipping again to return them #3 their email for return did encourage not to return them because of the amount it would cost to return them and #4 Guess what, to order the right ones I would have to pay for shipping once again. Although your sight does have many many bulbs to choose from it just wasn't worth the expense to deal with you again in the coming future. So I have kept the ones that were not right and purchased other bulbs (the right ones) from a retailer that does not charge shipping. I know that some how or some way I am paying for that shipping but at least the return wouldn't cost me additional shipping. So for now I will pass on any future orders but you should look into your process involving returns.

Great LED rope lights
April 28, 2021

Great site for bulbs. Replaced fence rope lights with these LED ones. Many sizes allowed me to fit the fence perfectly. While I have used a different brand in years past two of my neighbors have already commented how nice the lights look. Comment was"awesome ". Price was right and quality terrific. Customer service wonderful. They inquired what I was looking for and were helpful.

Web site stated plug and play, received them didn't work. Customer service said you had to order for specific ballasts. No where on the site was that mentioned nor any options to pick a ballast type when checking out. The option I was given send them back at my expense

The led bulbs were of poor quality & barely light up. When I went to send them back, I found out they are not returnable. Will never buy from 1000bulbs again. Buyer beware.
