Unfortunately, I was never able to process an order through this company, as every time they found an individual item out of stock, they cancelled my entire order. This happened on two separate occasions, even after they emailed me regarding the single item and asked what I wanted to do, and I replied immediately that they could cancel the individual item, but process the remainder of the order. The next correspondence notified me that the entire order was cancelled, and this was the second time for this same order. Their prices were very good, but unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere to actually order and receive the products. Very frustrating!

I found my "hard to find bulbs" here at a great price. Custom lighting fixture manufacturer did not even stock THEIR bulbs anymore but was ready to sell me an updated fixture for $1500. 00 which was 50% off retail price. Found the needed bulbs at 1000bulbs at under $6.00 each so I bought a case of 6 that should last me decades. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, the price, the quick delivery, the product and the smile it put on my sister's face! My sister was looking for the blinking, clear candelabra bulbs for several years but could not find them so I told hear I would search online for her since she did not have the capability of doing so. These hard to find bulbs were exactly what she wanted for her favorite vintage red cluster Christmas bells. She was so incredibly happy and said it was the best gift she had gotten in years with tears in her eyes! Thank you 1000Bulbs for just being AWESOME and in turn giving me a feel good moment seeing someone so appreciative and happy to receive a long sought after light bulb. (She now has 50 of them so she will never be without again)!

We needed to replace hard to find in a light fixture that is forty years old. We were leery because we could no longer order them locally, everything has switched to LED, and we could not see what were getting. We finally decided we had to take a chance. Hard to do when it will cost over $50.
We are glad we did. They are perfect. They were packaged well and arrived with no breakage, also a concern.

When the lights in my kitchen burned, I was shocked to find that the fixture took 8-foot bulbs, which I couldn't find locally. Thank goodness for this website. I bought 15 bulbs to be prepared for the future, and they arrived well-packaged in excellent condition. I will definitely use this provider again.

I've ordered compact fluorescent lamps from 1000bulbs several times and find them to be a trustworthy vendor

After reading through reviews for an ultra bright light as seen on TV, I decided to look elsewhere. Took a chance and ordered a couple of TCP 1600 Lumens/LED A19-15 bulbs for my garage. I do not park there. The lighting is fantastically bright and the gardenias I dragged in from the yard are delighted at the intensity. As for me, I can now see everything stored there clearly, and I can find the cat. The one in use (the other was a backup, just in case) has been installed for only about 3 weeks and is on for appx 12 hours/day. No problems. Shipping was a shock, but FedEx delivered from Texas to a DC 'burb within 3 days spanning Christmas! Very satisfied!

I own a sign company and received an advertisement for a new type of T8 LED lamp from Satco that could be used in LED retrofits of sign. Currently in our industry we are moving away from florescent bulbs to LED and an LED tube is the ideal way to accomplish this with lower cost then rebuilding the entire inside of a sign. There are a few premium LED bulbs available but they come with a large price tag. In trying to make the cost of and LED upgrade affordable to my larger project customers that can reach prices in the thousands and we also work with local power companies that offer LED incentives to switch signs over so I considered these tubes. After buying over $1500 in product and installing them. I come to find that these tubes do not meet industry standards to be energy star efficient and won't work with the incentives. They will fail at higher temperatures in excess of 113 degrees which signs having no thermal control can reach in hotter summer months so a critical failure point even with a warranty this is problematic for a companies reputation. For this reason these Satco bulbs are not accepted into the energy efficiency program. I accept that I should have done further research. In doing so I would have stuck with products I know and trust, but I was just looking out for my customer.

In trying to contact 1000 bulbs to send the product back I find that I must pay for the return shipping and that the bulbs must be in the original boxes with all of the original packing undamaged and only then would I be able to receive 85% refund and after the shipping cost it would be about a 70% loss.

So while I can admit I made a mistake in ordering this product. I reiterate this company is not a good fit for the commercial market and I would encourage others to use vendors that will stand behind the products they sale like I am going to do with my customer and loose money on this job, but I accept my part in this unlike 1000bulbs for offering products to a market that they are not suited for.

Service was excellent. I still have not received any of my amazon gift cards( several hundred dollars). When I inquired about the gift cards I was asked to find all my order numbers so that 1000bulbs could look it up. I have an account and the rep for 1000bulbs should be able to look it up! Why do I have to do all of the research for something that they owe me? Ridiculous!

Got my order on time. It was packaged very well. I will order from again. I will advise my family about this company. There inventories are excellent.

Received Christmas bulbs. Packed well, received on time. One of the few places that still had the clear transparent bulb.

I am super happy with these bulbs. I am so picky with the color of Christmas lights. I like having that nostalgic soft look and my bulbs were all worn out. I came across this site and found the exact size and color i wanted. I especially picked these because they were described as having that old childhood memory look. It was so easy to purchase and they arrived quickly and well packaged. We were able to change out our bulbs and are extremely happy! Picture doesnt do justice but they are perfect.

Great company with numerous products to cover all your wants and needs. Delivery was fast and customers service answered the questions with knowledge which helped me trust as a first time user of this company. Will definitely purchase here again in the future and highly recommend!
