I made an appointment with a provider online, and less than 24 hours before my appointment, ZocDoc TEXTED me to tell me she doesn't accept my insurance DESPITE THE FACT that my insurance for the appointment was verified by ZocDoc prior to this. They tell me my options are to pay $300 for the appointment, or reschedule for august when she starts taking my insurance again. Fine, I canceled the appointment and made one with a different provider. I SPECIFICALLY only looked for providers in my area. I made the appointment, got my insurance verified by ZocDoc TWICE, and called them to make sure the provider was seeing patients in my area. Low and behold, I get on the appointment. And she doesn't accept my insurance or see patients in my area. I made a third appointment, which was not properly scheduled on ZocDocs part, so the provider was unaware that I had an appointment and didn't show. Use literally any other website/service. This is the most unreliable service I have ever attempted to use. (Attempted because I didn't get a single bit of treatment after three appointments) I hope this saves someone from wasting a ton of time like I did.
This made my life so simple when I needed to find a doctor. I will continue to use this site to find future doctors.
I used this resource to obtain a physicians. I had one bad experience however most of all I had got connected to great physicians.

My Zoc Doc Experience was finding and scheduling a Dental Appointment. Because of Zoc Doc I was fortunate to fine a wonderful Dentist that was very professional and gentle on my teeth.
The doctor reviews are clearly fake. The same people are writing multiple good reviews to make the ratings higher.
