Company uses Healthcare provider info without provider consent to open provider profiles where misleading and false information can be made by anyone towards the provider. Ther is no fact check if who left the review is an actual patient and is done of an anonymous profile which opens door to anyone who wants to bully or harm the doctor. Then there is no support to remove the review even if flagged and provider reached out to inform that is a false review, concern for stalking etc.

My organization has had a call with them to discuss and demonstrate, but the situation has only gotten worse - all edits and changes that we make to our practice don't "stick" overnight and we have wasted our time. No response to our emails to customer support are extremely frustrating. Does this mean that they will go out of business soon?

Health Grades Reviews is biased and will delete reviews without just cause. I have posted numerous reports of negligent and unconciounable practices by Sutter Health, it's doctors, supervisors, management, and executives and the posted comments are removed. Don't trust them. They apparently filter comments based on pressure by the people/places being reported.

Information listed on HealthGrades is not accurate and usually posted without the providers consent. Use public health records to set up "ghost" profiles and allows anyone who sets up an account to create fake review regardless. Sites like HealthGrades have a reckless disregard for ensuring honest and accurate information is being to the public.

It used to be that you could write a review on health grades, good or bad, about a doctor you saw. Health grades now rejects all negative reviews, including the star review. It only posts positive reviews. I used to use Healthgrades frequently. I now do not consider it a reliable resource and will no longer use it.

FAKE
May 31, 2021

Healthgrades
Does not show bad reviews of certain Doctors. For example, I consulted a very bad Dr. and wrote a review. Eventho' I confirmed my email address as required, the review does not appear. Only the 4 "good" reviews can be accessed. The 3 "bad" reviews cannot be read. This is a disservice to people looking for good physicians. Had I known this Dr. was as bad as he was, I never would've have gone to him.
SHAME on Healthgrades.

I tried so many times in the last couple of days to write an honest review based on the unfortunate experience I had with this first time visit primary doctor but I couldn't because Healthgrades stop my review every time, was like frozen even thou I never used any offensive words, just facts. Is like we're in North Korea or one of those kinds of countries to stop freedom of speech. Who's this Healthgrades, when I called, they ask for $ 1 fee, I guess that's all about, money, I won't mind paying but I don't want them to have my credit card numbers. Don't trust them at all.

Healthgrades.com removes real people's reviews to protect bad doctors! Reviews will magically disappear or re-appear and ratings will change on the fly mostly to favor doctors at the cost of patients, always at the cost of patients. That should tell you a lot about the reliability of Heathgrades.com's ratings and reviews.

Bogus, unverified information. Healthgrades appears to be baiting medical providers by publishing contrived negative reviews and then calling the doctor to tell them how they can improve their ratings, which costs money. Shady!

Healthgrades Scam
July 24, 2017

I agree with another post on here regarding HG. There is no way to review other than writing one. OK. That's not so bad. Unless they only publish positive reviews and bump the stars up no matter what. It's simply fake and created to fool patients and benefit doctors.

I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran and wrote a review about a bad exam/encounter with a VA psychologist who is also in private practice. I didn't use foul language or call him names, it took a long time to write the " story," as they say: " We want to hear your story". Apparently not. Do they only want positive stories? You won't get the real truth from these people. Don't waste your time.

I have had bad experiences with them too that's why clinicians as a group should ignore healthgrades. Instead we can create our own community where we can respond to reviews and update our own listing page. Healthgrades has a LOT of inaccurate information so we should start using a site like www.Guide.MD where on guide.md we can actually control or listing and answer patients and let them make free online appointments and post or own hours, office address and phone number and even put pictures of your practice up all at zero cost.

Scam!
December 7, 2017

Stay away from Healthgrades! Look at their own 1.5 star rating from Consumer Affairs. I wish I did before signing up with them.

They are unfriendly and unresponsive to disputing negative reviews. My business was hurt by a false and negative review. Even when I showed them the facts, Healthgrades refused to take down the negative comment. It is not fair to publish a hate mail review and support the disgruntled customer over unfounded bias and tarnish the reputation of a seasoned doctor.

Please do not go near Healthgrades. They are horrible.

One Homecare Solutions is the worst company that provides supplies to their patients. It is very difficult to place an order, extremely difficult to reach a supervisor or a manager. Supplies that were needed for a procedure arrive after the procedure was performed, the appliances they provide are of the low end quality.
Their representatives at the call center are not well trained, they just read the script without actually paying attention to the patients' problems, their command of English language is very poor.
No, I DO NOT like ONE HOMECARE SOLUTIONS in Florida!

I followed Dr. Van & the PT instructions plus just a little more. If I started to hurt I informed them and would cut back. When in water therapy I walked the full hour. I did not stop to visit or rest. At three weeks I started walking up the stairs & then up and down, At 6 weeks I was hitting golf balls. At eight weeks I walked over 1 mile on the golf course.
I don't know anything more important than following the directions given by your doctor & PT

This website is full of misinformation, outdated information. I was recently trying to look for a well rated doctor. It turned out tha I was misinformed. The website claims that the doctor got his degree from a respected medical school in US. It turns out tha he received his degree from Damascus! You can go in to rate anyone you want. There is no quality control of any kind. So a doctor can get his or her friends to put a high rating for himself or herself. Therefore, the rating is entirely unreliable. Stay away from this website.

A person who has never been a patient of mine posted two vicious and personal reviews on Healthgrades. I flagged this and they responded in one day telling me the posts met their guidelines and remain on their site!

I work for a doctor and was asked to remove misinformation about our doctor in regards to where he trained and how old he is. Healthgrades had our doctor listed as about 75 years old. It was nearly impossible to get this information removed. Also, we had a disgruntled employee whom we all wanted to leave. This employee went on healthgrades and rated our doctor poorly because she was mad about losing her job. Healthgrades does not even verify if anyone is really a patient who rates the doctors. It is a farce.

The review they posted had to be totally bogus and done by their company. Not only did they have the wrong information, they rated things that were not even applicable. A one star review? Never. I give impeccable service and always have. Other people in my field have had the same problem, and they are attacking in order to lure in anxiety riddled professionals to pay as a consumer to eradicate what I believe to be their own trumped one star reviews. Ugly indeed!

They hide 1 star reviews if the doctor pays them for advertising.

I had a bad experience with a doctor. I posted a short description of my experience with no profanity. I just posted the facts. Healthgrades told me that my review did not follow the guidelines so it was rejected but I was allowed to vote a negative 1 star review but my experience with the doctor is hidden from the public.

Don't believe ALL the positive reviews of a doctor. Obviously they protect some doctors who pay for their services.
