I have ordered a few pairs of glasses recently, and there was confusion on my RX for one of them, and they were immediately on it, contacting me to verify accurate information. I also received my orders reasonably fast. No complaints.
I ordered these glasses just weeks before my wedding last month with 70 close family members and friends. They were not expensive and arrived in time with normal shipping. Best of all they are better looking and fitting than I expected!

I was referred by a co-worker who wears some pretty fly glasses. I asked if she actually wore prescription glasses or was just into frames. She said go to Zenni online and that it was very affordable. I ordered 3 pairs and was completely satisfied the first time. I'll be back to order more, soon.
I was sceptical of buying glasses online but gave Zenni a try because of the unbeatable prices. I made a mistake on my prescription when I entered the info and customer service team were great in correcting the error and letting me know it had be completed. I got my new glasses before they were supposed to arrive and they were fantastic! I'm going to get a few more pairs from them and my wife is now getting her glasses from them as well!
When I started looking for glasses on Zenni was very skeptical. Having spent decades purchasing prescription glasses from a variety of in-person opticians I was conditioned that it was the only way to proceed. Zenni's process of selecting frames, lenses, etc. was simple and easy. My glasses arrived promptly. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I intend to purchase an additional pairs in the future.
I have been ordering from Zenni for a while but I have to say in the last few years the quality of the glasses have gone down hill. I am not satisfied with my current order but I'm going to keep them because I need glasses. The cases and the cleaning cloths are nice but they are not very good quality like they were before just wonder what's going on with zenni

My experience with Zenni has been very disappointing. They sold me a product that did not fit, causes pain when worn and cannot be adjusted. Large frames fit me, but the glasses sold by zenni put painful pressure behind the ear and are made with a special plastic that retains its shape and cannot be modified for fit. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was given the run around and ended up wasting a full morning and afternoon. Rather than a full refund, I will receive only half of the purchase price for a product that cannot be used. So, unless the frames happen to fit you perfectly right out of the box, you are out of luck. For taking a chance on Zenni, I lost not only $70+ but a good deal of time and patience. If you are at all concerned about fit or customer service if something goes wrong, do not buy glasses from Zenni!

I've never had any complaints with Zenni glasses before but these just feel a bit heavy on my nose bridge and tend to make me feel uncomfortable after a while. I guess the nose bridge might be a little wider than I need because between that and the weight, they tend to sit on the wrong part of my nose and cause my eye to twitch. I just wanted frames that were a bit wider and I guess that was the sacrifice. They look nice though and I still wear them. The transparent rose color and brown tortoise/giraffe print is flattering and compliments a lot of clothing.
I'm really amazed with this company, not only because their website is easy to navigate, they have fair prices, but also because their customer service is beyond of what I was expecting.
I made a mistake in one order. Ordering my wife's glasses, I input the wrong eyes prescription information, and of course; when we got the glasses delivered, she didn't see properly.
They noticed about the mistake after I called and told them about our problem. Honestly, I had the feeling it was something I did wrong when I first did the order.
Since that was my fault, sincerely, I was expecting to get a discount on redoing the glasses, however they gave me the full store credit. Great service!
When I received them I was delighted. They fit well and looked good on but within a week the tiny screws on both Inner side of the glasses were loose and falling out! Since these are my only glasses right now I can't send them back so Im just stuck with another pair of junk. I'm so tired of being taken advantage of!
Purchased progressive glasses and frames 2-14-2022, $131.00, two and a half months later the frames are delaminating all around the lens. Their warranty is only 30 days. They will not stand behind their frames. I'm 78 and have warn glasses since I was 8 years old and have never had frames crumble apart in less than 3 mo. All Zenni will do for me is a 10% discount on a non prescription pair of glasses and I would have to figure out how to get the lens exchanged. When I spoke to customer service they made me feel less than cared for. I am very disappointed in my purchase as I have just wasted $131.00 and I'm on fixed income.

However, we understand that it can be perplexing for a customer to remove prescription lenses from the rims of one frame and install the lenses in the rims of a replacement frame. Sometimes customers will take the two pairs of eyeglasses to a local optical retailer, who may make a customer service exception to swap the lenses for the customer for free, but we understand that this may not be a currently feasible option. Although we made a customer service exception to offer to send you a free replacement frame 780724, we were also sorry to read that you felt less than cared for by the customer service representatives with whom you interacted about this matter in Chat sessions. I have multiple eye glass needs. I need a pair for driving and a pair for computer work. Bifocals never worked well for me. I did not want to pay the $7-800 at an optician so I tried Zenni. That was six pairs ago and I still haven't spent as much as I did on my last pair from an optometrist. I now have different colors to go with different outfits! All are still working perfectly and I put them through a lot. I'm hooked and a little addicted.
I ordered my singular prescription glasses and they were perfect! The glasses size fit me just well and they are super cute too! I was scared the prescription would not be correct, but it work amazing. Definitely will order my new pair of prescription glasses here from again.
I've ordered glasses from here before with no problem, however the last pair they sent me I cannot see out of! The lens prescription is entirely incorrect and the arms of the frames are stretched out wide as to where the glasses do not stay on my face( possibly why they were on sale?). So now im without glasses and I need glasses to see. I tried calling them and my calls went to INDIA. I'll just dispute with my bank and go to LEns Crafters where I should have gone initially.

I received the new glasses in the promised period of time but the eye prescription was wrong. It was my fault but not sure how it happened as I've enjoyed ZENNI glasses for a few years now. Anyway I called customer service and she walked me through the return process and provided a $100 voucher toward the new pair. She sent a shipping label and I returned them right away. Hopefully I'll get my new pair any day now. Thanks for making it a pain free experience!
Have ordered three times and had to return 2 times, this time I will simply not order again. They are supposed to be progressive bifocals but the area that is supposed to be clear is only 1/2 inch from the top, must look down to my chest to see. Customer service is impossible, can't understand what they are saying. Very disappointed. Website to track order said that they had been delivered to another state prior to me even ordering.

Ordered sport goggles for my daughter. It distorted her vision. The return policy and process with customer service was a nightmare. Would not recommend buying from Zenni Optical, especially with all the other great online companies with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Would not recommend or buy from them again.

Ordered prescription sunglasses for a vacation and chose priority shipping which promises delivery in 10-14 days. Today is day 14 an the glasses have not even shipped from Zenni... their site lists the glasses as 'manufactured'... but not shipped. I have contacted customer service twice with no assistance. No way I will have these glasses in time for my trip.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses and the back was completely blacked out to where you couldn't see out of them at all. I sent them a video and picture and they kept telling me to easily pull film off of them. 4 adults tried with no luck so I took them to an eye glass shop near me. They said the glasses were defective and the film could not be removed. Zenni would only communicate with me by sending one email per day in the middle of the night so it took over a week to get the issue resolved. Then, they would only offer a one time store credit that I can never use again even though they are the ones that shipped me unusable glasses. Guess I won't be taking the risk to ever buy glasses from them again because if I get another defective pair they clearly do no stand behind their products and won't allow returns even if defective.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
