The hardest part was picking from the huge selection of frames. So easy to plug in the prescription. I received my glasses very quickly & really like them. I've gotten lots of compliments, too. I will order again, this time putting a 'blank' prescription on the bottom so I can wear the glasses all day, not just for distance.
I haven't tried the new glasses yet but the ones I got last year didn't get their scratch coating so hope these did. Last year's were all scratched up within a few days with only ordinary use unlike other glasses i have got from you that didn't scratch for quite an extended period of time with the same care.

After three weeks and no email (like I was told) my glasses arrived. For 300 plus dollars the frame is cheaply made. I am very disappointed in the Customer service and the frames. Order from Warby Parker - they are on the ball. Professional business Lady.
I've only had my glasses for a couple of weeks, but so far I'm very happy with them, as well as with my experience with Zenni. The process was simple and efficient, and my glasses are exactly what I expected. Time will tell if they hold up, but to this point I see no reason to think I'll have any issues with them.

The ability to get High quality prescription glasses at less than 1/10th of what I used to pay is amazing. Nearly all of the 8 pairs that I have purchased have been fantastic. And I've only spent about as much as I would have on a single pair at LensCrafters. I keep coming back for more, and taking advantage of their referral program to get my friends trying it out as well.
I had a great experience with my first Zenni Optical purchase! My experience ordering with Zenni was easy overall. I made sure I got all my measurements done at my optometrist so that ordering online would be a breeze. The only difficult part is choosing a frame style because there are so many to choose from. The easiest way around this is to have a specific style of frames that you are going for. The photos on their social media was also helpful!
The chat representative that helped me find glasses that worked with my prescription and eye measurements... didn't mention frame size and I never saw an option or a drop down for that. These glasses would fit a child... they are totally worthless... but I guess I'm stuck with them

I received my sunglasses and I love them. Unfortunately, after weeks of struggling with my new glasses that were made for me by my ophthalmology office it came to light that they inaccurately measured my vision test and wrote me the wrong prescription. Unfortunately it was already past the 30 day return time frame for me to do anything about the sunglasses from Zenni... so I have a perfectly good pair of prescription sunglasses I can't use. Not zenni's fault but frustrating just the same
Glasses are far cheaper on this site than at my local optometrists office. Shipping is just as fast as when you order them in the store. My glasses arrived in perfect condition. 100% recommend Zenni to anyone.
Always had to use the sunglasses that clips on to my prescription glasses. Still frames gets scratched. So far, no scratches when I wear the zenni. Feels so good to be stylish with different colors and styles
If you need progressives, don't buy these. Single distance lenses for light RX are ok
If you have a strong scrip or want progressives, they use low quality type and you won't be able to see at any focal distance. You can either pay 50% of the cost and give back the glasses or get a 1 x store credit for the same thing.

This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online and I was not disappointed. It took me a little while to get the hang of the website but that's just because I'm not very tech savvy. It's actually a very good site and when I was finished and placed my order I received an email back that questioned one of my prescription numbers that seemed off. I double checked and it was correct but I was impressed that Zenni caught what they thought was an error before proceeding. After that it was a breeze, the glasses came in the timeframe they gave me, they were a perfect fit, the prescription was great and I love the way they look. I had spent up to $1000 for a pair of glasses in the past. The fact that I got such a quality pair for under $100 was unbelievable! I highly recommend Zenni and so does my ophthalmologist as his office originally referred them to me. I have purchased 2 pair now (one sunglasses) and both are just right.
Got my glasses from Zenni and it was not what I expected. Each lens looked extremely different from the other and it just looked really bad. Tried to get the lab to fix it and they said bc of my prescription there was nothing they could do. Yet I just got my new glasses from Eyebuydirect and it came out perfect. If they can get it right there is no reason why Zenni can't if they consider themselves professional glasses company. Will never buy from them again
I'm impressed with the customer service at Zenni. I accidentally ordered progressive lenses instead of standard for my sunglasses and they allowed me to send them back and they credited my account for a full refund, aside from shipping, even though it was really my mistake. I will order from them again!
I love Zenni products. I bought about 9 pairs already. Had to return to change pd as I filled it out wrong the first time. But if you know your prescription and your accurate pd they work fantastic. I even got prompt customer service and my credit in my account within 24 hours after I called. I buy strictly from Zenni!

It was really easy to find some that I liked with the virtual try on feature. Actually it's pretty clever, and well done where you can turn your head and get a full try on experience. The glasses fit great, and the sizing measurements were as expected, so my glasses look normal even on my big head lol.
The ordering process was very easy. I think that the prescription is not exactly right or it is just that I was able to get a custom fit, but the glasses are fantastic and were two hundred dollars cheaper than at the clinic. They work great and I can see out of them perfectly - even the no-line bifocal!
I have finally learned how to buy the right size glasses (from the various measurements). I also know what style looks great on me (cat-eye). So- I went for it and I succeeded! Zenni seems to have done good with getting the prescription properly (in the past - they did not). The shipping was fast (I arranged with them to FedEx me my glasses which I paid more for- because I'm currently abroad). Shipping took only 1 week! I love my new glasses and the price was incredibly cheap. I am really pleased with the entire experience. I could NOT have gotten prices like this where I am located. (I bought 3 pairs in total and they are all fantastic!)
The glasses are the best prescription ever and they fit very well and I am very pleased with them unfortunately the time it takes to get the glasses is a little bit too long to me but I understand I have to be made so it'll be well worth your time if you decide to buy this product.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
