My experience with Zaful has been generally positive. Honestly, I am surprised that there are so many negative reviews, especially the ones saying it's a scam or that their customer service is awful. I have purchased around 32 items from Zaful in the last 5 months, out of which 6 have not been up to my standards (too small or poor quality). Each time I was dissatisfied, I sent a message to customer service and received a full refund without having to send the item back. I use PayPal and have received three refunds to the card linked on my PayPal account within days of requesting it, two refunds to my Zaful wallet (because I requested them this way), and one item re-sent in a different size. The most negative experience I've had is regarding the item I requested in a different size, where they told me they would prepare it for shipping on August 30,2019 and I had to contact them again almost a month later because I hadn't heard anything. After following up, I received an email on September 30,2019 saying they had reshipped, so I am now waiting for the item.
All that said, I love most of the items I have received from Zaful and I get a lot of compliments when I wear the clothes. Most of them are decent or good quality. They also provide a student discount and have several coupons and sales regularly, so their items end up being very reasonably priced. In general, it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive orders, so keep that in mind when placing an order. Based on my experience, I would recommend (and have recommended) Zaful to others.
I am usually a size small (and 25-26 in Levis pants) in U.S. sizes, and the only times when I have bought anything other than that size on this website are when purchasing bathing suits. The two items I had to return because they were too small were bathing suits (I needed a medium instead of a small). Everything else fits like other clothes I buy in my regular U.S. sizes.
Disclaimer: I got invited to submit this review and receive a $5 credit on my account. They invited me to share my "honest" and "genuine experience." They did ask if I had any issues with my most recent order before sharing the websites where I was supposed to post my reviews - and I did not have any issues. I do not feel like I am being paid to leave a positive review as they never said anything about my reviews having to be anything other than honest, but make of this information what you will.
I ordered a few items and they were quick to send confirmation. I waited a few days and realised that I should up my size. Sent them a message. They said that the items that I wished to exchange the size is on back order and the other one has already been packaged and ready for shipment.
Then 2 days later, they message me again to say that my 2 other items that was already packaged and ready for shipment is now discontinued. This puzzles me coz how can you packaged the items and waiting for shipment and then notify customer that the items are discontinued?
Next, they advised me that I should order an item that says 'in stock' and asked me for kind understanding.
I had not selected any of your items that is 'out of stock' or 'unavailable' because the system simply does NOT allow the selection. The sizes in the boxes S, M or L are clearly marked with a cross (X) should the item is unavailable and I am NOT able to select the intended size and the function 'add to cart' would be disabled. So, why would I be accused of selecting an item that is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not available'? Even if I want to select a size or an item that is no longer available, the system would NOT even allow that function as boxes to select a size was simply unclickable! In many cases, a lot of items I desire to buy were marked with 'OUT OF STOCK' and in that event, I click on 'NOTIFY ME WHEN IN STOCK'!
I ONLY select items that displayed a number that indicating how many stock is left that allow me to 'add to cart'. This is not my 1st time doing an online shopping. This is the worse online experience I have ever encountered.
Besides, your offer on this coupon code ZF2U10 to make up this inconvenience is nothing that special (only 10% discount) as they are many other coupon online that I can get.
This is a huge insult to the customer! No one in the right mind would select an item that is unavailable and add to the cart.
Then, I clicked on the box that says ' escalate a complaint' which is supposed to go to the manager. Despite that, no manager responded to my complaint.
My issue is still not resolved.

I have shopped with Zaful almost a dozen times before & have always had a pleasant experience. I don't know if something behind the scenes has changed, but on my most recent order, I purchased 26 items totaling over $300.00 on February 27th, 2019. It is now March 12,2019 & my order still says "processing". When I call Zaful customer service the reps are VERY nonchalant and honestly don't give a damn what happens to your order or your money. Each time I've called I was told that my order is "at the warehouse and will be shipped soon". It was only until TODAY 3/12/19 that I was FINALLY told my items are NOT in stock. Why didn't the website reflect this information before I purchased and why couldn't the previous customer service reps tell me this last week? The customer service rep "Joe" that I spoke with today was the WORST of all. First, he told me several items were out of stock, then he told me three. When I asked him which items were out of stock (so that I can cancel them) he was very rude and was rushing me off the phone. I had to ask hime several times to specify which items were not in stock. Finally, he told me it was 3 items, (2 skirts and a bikini) then he told me I'd be getting a refund of $99.00... I told him that amount sounds way too high for just 3 items (Correct amount would've been around $45.00) He kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to continue to hold while he, "Checked this one" (not sure what that even means) Finally, he told me my refunded amount would be $44.04. I then asked him if he could confirm which items I would be receiving he said, "All of them"... Joe refused to tell me which items I'd be receiving and I believe it is because he had no idea what he was doing, nor did he care. I am so completely blown away by carelessness I don't even know where to begin. I purchased almost 30 items so that I could review them for my YouTube channel. I promise that I will post this awful review EVERYWHERE I can. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager several times and was denied by both reps. The reps claim they have no one in leadership/management. Although the clothes are cute at best, it's NOT worth the HASSLE. Zaful has LOST A CUSTOMER.

I was very wary of ordering from this site after reading so many bad reviews and watching many youtube videos, but decided to try it out and buy something for a couple dollars to see what would happen... My first order was a romper, I place my order on March 28 and received it about a week and a half later. It met my expectations, it was white so it was a little see through, but I like it. I decided that since i recieved my item and it looked like the picture, that I could trust Zaful, so I recently placed another order on April 10th. It is now April 19th, and I check the tracking information everyday and it hasn't changed since april 13th, saying
"CHINA, SUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 12:11 am on April 14,2016."
And after that, nothing. So are they just holding my order for days at this facility? I'm becoming very nervous but I will update this review in a week...

DON"T SHOP HERE! SCAM and WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had! They made a mistake on my home address and shipped to a non-existing address in another town! So It took weeks for me to finally get HALF my order (and it was up to me to track it down which cost me many many hours of phone calls and emails, as ZAFUL claimed it was out of their control and made no attempts to contact the shipping company DHL and the USPS, who it wound up with). ALSO, during the process of trying to track down my order, I also found out Zaful only sent half of it because the other half was not in stock - they TOOK PAYMENT for ALL of my order and NEVER NOTIFIED ME that only half was available and HALF WAS OUT OF INVENTORY so I would have to wait who knows how long for the other items to become available! Naturally I cancelled the rest immediately and threatened to challenge it with paypal if they didn't give me a refund for the items not shipped. Then after I got the first package almost two weeks late, and I wanted to return a few items, they avoided me you like the plague! It is very hard to find post sale info on their website. Through their Contact Us links, I was using instant message and also calling and emailing! Finally I had to go through what they call, "creating a ticket" which only turns into more delays and avoidance. I had to give sku numbers, pictures and explanations for each item. I am still waiting. I mentioned that one item was poor quality and that all of the items I want to return are ill fitting swim suits. Now they want me to send more pictures as proof of defects and poor quality so they can "evaluate with their colleagues" and decide if they will "approve" the returns. How can I show that they are ill fitting?! I just responded that I am not sending them pictures of my daughter at all, especially in ill fitting swimsuits! Who knows if I will ever get my money back! I will dispute it with paypal and my credit card company, but that is still another hassle. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - such a scam. I suggest shoppers go to Lulus if you have to shop online!

Ive never ordered swimsuits online before and I was alittle nervous but I got 2 from Zaful and they fit perfect, I love them!
I ordered from Zaful 3 bathing suits and a cover up. The bathing suits I just received the cover up was sent separately. The 3 bathing suits I received was not what was advertised on the website and wanted a full refund on my order.
I called Zaful and spoke first with Ali at Customer Service she took my order number and then disconnected the line on me. I called again and spoke with Russell I told him one of the issues I have with my order is with the full piece bathing suit I purchase. It was not what was advertised on their website it states, a solid color hue, U collar backless one-piece
Swimsuit featuring a high cut at the side of leg, open in the back, with padded bra, straps detailing swimwear. This swimwear is not a solid colour the front is a solid white the back is transparent. I asked for a refund and he just stated no refund. I indicated as per policy the item can be refunded if there is fault (item was advertised incorrectly which is false advertising). He would not answer. Asked to speak with a manager he stated there is none and then hung up on me. I called again spoke with Carlo and ask to speak with a manager and was informed there is no managers only him. Ok then ask to speak with someone above him or if he can provide me with the name and number of head office. Was informed that is confidential information. Ok, stated a company number is public information, can he provide me with the public number of Head-office, a manager or someone higher he stated no. I can only talk to him. I am shocked and was angered to be given such lies that there is no one above him or a head-office number I can reach someone with my issues. There is always a manager, supervisor or lead that is on site or can be reached with a message or number especially when dealing with customer service. I am writing my experience in the hopes I can help people from being abused by this company. Please rethink before you purchase any item at Zaful. This is not the way to treat customers. I hope the company will read this and educate their employees on proper customer service and what constitutes as public verses private information. Zaful at the very least should refund my order based solely on the poor customer service received. I will keep you posted on the outcome.
