Zaful is real

I ordered a total of 5 items from Zaful. It was two tops, a sweater, a hoodie I planned to give to my boyfriend, and a swim suit. I can definitely say my favorite piece was the knitted top. It was exactly like the picture and good quality. I can't say the same about plunge floral top which was my least favorite. It was okay at best but the material was very cheap and tacky and seemed to be more grayish white than white. The oh so popular white V sweater was super cute! It's cozy and stylish and I have had no problem washing it either. It's one size though so if you're typically a bigger curvy girl it may not be for you and will run short. I was hoping it would be a bit longer but with high-waisted jeans it's no problem. The one piece swimsuit was cute and good material but it didn't fit me well. I typically order small or medium and I got a medium but it was too tight and small so the length was really awkward but I have high hopes for bikini's now. My boyfriend liked his sweater which I got in a medium and it fits but I feel like a large would have been cozier if you like hoodies that are a bit oversized. The material is good but more shiny and silky in a sense for the front rather than soft and cozy like a normal hoodie but still comfortable and stylish. It took a little more than a week for my items to arrive from their place to Florida expect for the hoodie which I was worried about because it shipped separately and took longer so it worried me but their customer service was fast and reassuring but it did take almost twice as long but they said they were short supplied because so many people had ordered but but that they would ship it as soon as possible and they did. Overall I was satisfied with a majority of my purchases and all I would do differently is size up because they have some really cute outfits for fair prices and if there was ever a problem I know I can rely on customer service to help me.

- first experience with them I ordered a bikini that turned up looking a complete mess. Was meant to be strapless but had 8 unexplainable straps. Was so laughable and disgusting that Zaful actually asked me to throw it away and they would just refund meX they didnt even want it back. At least the customer service was ok this time.

-most recent experience involved Zaful cancelling my order with no notification and I only found out when I logged on because the items Id ordered had taken SO long to arrive.
-when I complained about this, explaining that there was only 7 days til my holiday now (which I needed the items for - and we all know how long Zaful delivery is) they would do NOTHING to help.
-about 10 emails bounced back and forth with zaful denying any fault or responsibility and just asking me to buy them again. Such ignorance. It was as if they hadnt read all my emails station the short time I had and that standard delivery would definitely not suffice.
-I asked for free express shipping (the least they could do - and then it was still only a maybe that the items would arrive on time) and hooray they finally said they understood my frustration and sent me an invoice to pay... I was concerned that they hadnt really explained what I was paying for and what they were offering me but I was so short on time by this point that I paid it and just hoped theyd read about me asking for express shipping and my time shortage problems etc.
-they then revealed that there was no way my items would arrive before my holiday. They just coaxed me into paying for items I will not receive in time and will not use.

USELESS. MONEY-GRABBING. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you have a good experience with zaful, it is out of sheer luck!

So I got 2 dresses, and paid EXTRA for the shipping so it would come earlier because I needed it in 7 days, so I paid for the 6-8 say shipping. But the day before I needed the dress I chatted with an employee who said I would not be getting it the next day because the shipping is standard 7-10 day shipping. After constantly going back and forth about how I paid extra and should get it earlier the person still kept saying it would be a 7-10 day shipping process. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND I SHOULD JUST TRUST THEM. WTF! I even tried their phone number and it was disconnected. So after 11 days I finally got my 2 dresses and they were crap. The brown dress with spaghetti straps and asymmetrical hem was too big and did not look well made (I even cracked up because it just looked too ridiculous) and the short white dress with embroidery on the neckline was see-through, made with cheap material, was super wrinkly, and was way too short. Their mannequins were probably oompa loompas because theirs no way that was going to fit a girl with an average small size.

This "company" is an absolute sham, and it was my mistake thinking they would be as reliable as SheIn and Romwe have been in the past. I'm an experienced wholesale buyer, and I am understanding when it comes to lengthy shipping times and horrible customer service, but this site takes the $#*!ing cake. I placed my order **************893 on June 26, and it was processed and sent out for shipment on the 28th. I then contacted them on the 30th asking if there was an issue with one of my items, because it still said "processing". The agent informed me it was out of stock and told me to choose another size. I did, it was shipped with another company (important) and it is currently in transit and just arrived in the States today. I was fine with that. The remaining 4 items were shipped and processed and the last thing the site and "yuntrack" tracking had to show was "ARRIVED AT HONG KONG SORTING FACILITY". This was on June 30th, it is now nearing July 12. Naturally I contacted them both through their instant messaging and submitted at least 5 separate tickets and was basically told "just wait it out". Then, last week, they finally admitted that they lost my package and told me to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days while they spoke to the shipping company. I asked for pictures or proof, and then was told they were "sorry for my experience". I am still attempting to contact them as of now, and have gotten no answers. I was also told by a "supervisor" that I could receive a partial refund of $18... when I paid $71 for the order... as compensation, and here's the kicker--in Zaful credits only. LMAO. Don't order from this garbage site, the good reviews are all either written by bots, Zaful employees, or paid reviews. They are scammers, stick to SheIn!

Seems like a scam

This is long so TLDR; Zaful accepted my payment, refunded it, said I returned too many products (this is my first account and first / last purchase) then told me to wire transfer money them money instead and then they would send the product. Looks and smells like a scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend, it was on sale for very cheap. I created an account put in my CC payment info, and purchased it. I receive a confirmation and everything was fine. Then, later the next day, I received an e-mail saying my payment was refunded. I filed a ticket in their very rigid system, stating I didn't know if the item was coming, and if the refund was in error. I was told that the item was coming, and they sent my my address as "shipping information"

I replied, asking if they were sure, and if it was could I have the tracking number. I called them on the phone, and they said my payment was rejected. I asked why, and they said they did not know, and to repurchase the order.

Then, I received an e-mail through their ticketing system, stating that my account had an unsually high number of RMA's (Return Manufacture Authorize) associated with it. I asked again, how could this be? This is a my first time creating an account and it was also my first purchase.

I received an email asking me to send them a western union or wire transfer them money. I replied that this feels like a scam, wrote another e-mail with the "send to manager" option, stating that this feels like a phishing scam, and that they're looking to steal money, not send a product, and take my personal information as well as credit card information.

I would like to start off by saying, I am in NO WAY paid or given incentives to write this review, I wish I was! Other than that, my experience with Zaful was overall surprisingly good. I was EXTREMELY skeptical of the site when I was initially buying, and I looked through countless reviews. Despite them mostly being bad, I ended up spending over $100 on the site, however one thing I did prior to placing my order was contact Zaful support through their ticket system. They are extremely responsive through this system, and I told them I was interested in their clothing but skeptical of the reviews I had seen. I don't know if this made them take me more seriously or something, but regardless, they replied quickly and reassured me I would get my items and be taken care of as a customer. I took my chances and gave them my money, making sure to be extremely careful the whole time. After the order was placed, I checked daily to see the status of my order. One thing I can say is shipping was a complete dream. This is the first instance I've ever read that says shipping was fast, even the good reviews say Zaful's shipping is slow. But not my order- I received all my items in just 5 DAYS! I am so impressed with this! Given, I did get express shipping but even with this, coming from China to the U.S. along with processing, I expected to wait well over two weeks. The items I ordered are amazing quality for the price, and I am having some problems with sizing but they are extremely minor. All I can say that is remotely negative is to definitely order a size up in bikinis and jeans, maybe even two sizes up. Two out of the four bikinis I ordered are a bit too small, and the jeans I ordered are too small as well. I have sent another ticket in regarding refund/exchange of the jeans to Zaful, and am waiting to hear back. Everything else I ordered is amazing, especially the accessories. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a backpack and they are both everything I could have asked for. Overall, I am so happy with Zaful and will definitely continue to purchase from the site. The only other weird thing is that I am still not allowed to review my purchased items, even though I received them. Maybe this is just a glitch? Not sure, but still a great and surprising experience.
