Zaful Awful Continued...

Meanwhile these scam artists at Zaful had already collected funds from my credit card (AMEX) on the same day that my order was placed. The funds where already released to them so I don't know why a few days later they tell me that my order is on "hold" and cannot be shipped until they receive a copy of my passport or drivers license and copy of my credit card. When I spoke to AMEX they confirmed that this wasn't standard practice and never to send anyone a copy of my credit card. I did well to call them and they will take care of that matter for me... this is what I call service!
Zaful on the other hand were rude on phone; they were very rude to me in that bad English from what I could understand and would not offer me any assistance other then to cancel my order. I was happy to go through any verification process with them over the phone. Oh! Which by the way looks like a Colorado number but don't be fooled because they are in China! Now that I have reviewed them online they want the order number so to make it right. You have already closed my ticket and any other attempts that I've made to try and get my order went into deaf ears but now you want to make it right? How about being transparent in your business practices from the start? How about treating customers with respect and providing them with assistance when they need it? How about that? Because that should be your standard practice, not trying to get copies of my passport/ID and credit card, that's why each card has a security code and other meansures are in place to protect against fraud. Who knows what they do with all that private information, they have no right too. Only people that need to see my passport is when I travel airline and immigration! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL they are truly AWEFUL and they are liars and thieves! I wish I could give them a few thumbs down because they don't even deserve one star!

When I first went on to Zaful and saw how cheap the stuff was, I was super pumped. I found a super cute, off-the-shoulder swimsuit for $15.99, and I really loved it, so I bought it. First let me start by saying, their shipping services suck. My single swimsuit took over a month to arrive. I contacted them many many times to try and find out where the heck my swimsuit was, and I got no or a very vague response every single time. When the swimsuit finally arrived, I immediately went and tried it on. Then I realized it looked... off. Part of the off the shoulder fabric on the right side had been folded over, stitched and synched, and ripped. It looked like my cat had tried to tear it up or something. On the website, it says that they look over every single product before it's shipped, but obviously that didn't happen here. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of Zaful, I tried to submit a little ticket thingie and after 13 tries, I was ready to scream at what a crappy website this was. They wouldn't even let me send it. I called them twice and each time I was met with a voicemail (I promise it was during the time their lines were open). I finally ended up emailing *******@zaful.com, and gave them a piece of my mind. That worked, and they said they'd refund my money in 48 hours, max. 5 days later, I still hadn't received my money back. After a week, I got my money back, and got to keep the crummy old piece of garbage. I just gave it to Goodwill. If you are experiencing the same problem, just keep fighting and calling and emailing until you've gotten what you want. Zaful, I will NEVER order from you guys again.

Ok, this will be the most honest review you could ever read off this site. I ordered my 4 bikinis around July 27th, 2016. I got standard shipping because it said 10-25 business days. I needed my order to arrive before August 25th, 2016. I started to get worried around 2 weeks ago when I started reading some comments on this site about how horrible the shipping was and that it would take months to be delivered. I then went on Zaful's site and spoke to someone online. I was writing very calmly and was just asking some questions in regards of my order arriving on time. The person I spoke to was very nice and knew that I needed my bikinis before the 25th of August. They then told me they had notified the shipper to speed up the process. Yesterday, I received my order out of the blue at my house even though the tracking website had not been updated since the 10th. I was so excited and relieved that my stuff had arrived! Then, before opening my packages, I was scared to open them because of all the things i've read about. How things we're horrible and didn't fit/didn't receive what they ordered. I ordered 4 bikinis, all size M. They are all what I expected and what I had ordered. The quality isn't the best but it's the same quality as a H&M bathing suit or any other store. They look exactly like the pictures and size M is true to size for me. If you are around 125-130, a size M will fit you. They are made small.
Overall, I'm very happy that I recieved my order without any problems and I am pleased with what I got considering each bikini was like $12... The only thing I'd have to say is for the company to maybe update their tracking sites so that clients can be assured that their orders are on their way. Nonetheless, the bikinis are very cute and are exactly like the pictures on the site. Like I said, I am very honest and I hope this comment helps anyone who is unsure! One last thing, if you need your stuff like ASAP then this isn't the site for you, but if you are ordering a month or 2 in advance, then you'll be happy! Don't order if you need something in a week or 2.

BUYER BEWARE- FRAUDS-SCAMMERS
The worst things I've ever purchased in my life. I order 3 dresses and 3 bathing suits. None of them look like like the pictures. One of the dresses was a different shade of blue and HUGE. The other dresses had horrible fit. And then the bathing suits run super small. But in addition to that they were poorly made. Biggest disappointment. Never shop from here.
*Update*
I'm also still waiting on another order that I ordered on the same day. Even though that will probably be a huge disappointment too. I'm currently working on returning the items and getting a refund I will update again with how the process goes.
*2nd Update*
The process to return items is horrible. They basically argue with you back and forth until you get tired of it. I sent pictures, and now they want me to show a picture with me holding a tape measure to show that it is the wrong size and doesn't match the description (also the dress looks nothing like the picure in addition to being large). The process has been dragging on.
I finally received the second package (I ordered both the same day). And one of the dress was completely wrong. Two of the dresses were okay, but too long and one of the dresses was not as described at all. It was supposed to be a maxidress and they sent a short tight dress that is above the knee. I am still trying to return but the process is not customer friendly. Customer service is the worst.
*3rd Update*
They finally agreed to issue me a refund on the faulty items and the wrong item. But I have not received the money yet--so I won't believe it until I see it. I'm going to keep fighting until I get my money. I'll let you know how it goes.

I ordered about $80 worth of product from the site. Mostly bikinis and immediately received order confirmation. The following day I received two emails that my order had shipped (2 different packages and with different tracking orders). Tracking them was the most difficult. Instructions were not clear and the websites were in Chinese. They also tracked through two different carriers and I had to track them through Am Line SF and Epost SU. For the first week tracking didn't work and they said the tracking numbers were not correct. I called the number on the website (sketchiest part- sometimes it would ring, sometimes it was NIS, and sometimes it would go to an automatic voicemail). It just didn't seem like a professional set up. I kept calling and eventually a man answered and I told him about my tracking issue. He said it's a common issue and I have to wait four more days and call again. I told him no and I want to speak to a supervisor or manager- he didn't have one. It was just him. I pretty much $#*!ed him out and told him it was fraud. I canceled my card immediately. Well... ended up getting a new tracking email and This time I could track it. Not easily since it is an overseas website and not in English. I had to translate the page. Once the packages got to the USA I could easily track them. One was delivered yesterday and the other is in Chicago. The package yesterday was my exact order. The bikini bottoms ran small but still fit.

I'll feel pretty bad for the attitude I gave the guy. Once I get both packages I'll call to apologize. Just remember you are ordering from overseas, the process is different and it takes longer than normal. I'm happy with my first package which arrived in the time frame they told me it would. I've also read reviews about people not getting their orders at all after 7 weeks so maybe I'm lucky? I'll tell ya it was NOT a good experience during the shipping/tracking but I got one package and can track the other... had no fraud on my card before I canceled it at least.

Hopefully you get your orders and have a better tracking experience. I hope the clarify tracking on their initial emails.

I've ordered twice from Zaful now - all bikinis + 1 shirt. I was skeptical at first, mainly because I've been burned before with these seemingly to-good-to-be-true websites that charge next to nothing for their clothing. First order I received two bikinis and ordered a size larger than I normally would based on others' reviews. Shipping took about 10-14 days, not too bad considering they come from China. Both are a bit too big (go figure), but very cute! The material was good quality (standard swim material), though the stitching wasn't the best. The bottoms didn't have a top seam (not sure if that is the correct term) so it 'rolls' at the edges and exposes the lining color. Annoying, but not a deal breaker for me. The 2nd suit didn't have this problem. The swim tops tend to not be adjustable and just have a single clasp, I may have a seamstress shorten straps. Because the two suits I got were a bit too large, I wouldn't expect either top to hold up to actual swimming with out a nip-slip, but are totally fine for lounging or casual dips/floating/etc. I placed another order of suits in my normal size. The tops fit WAY better (I'm a B), bottoms too, but now a little snug (UGH). I got smart with the 2nd order and made sure to get suits whose bottoms had the same color lining as the exterior color so any rolling can't be noticed. Style wise, they have all the current popular styles at a quarter the price! While the suits aren't the BEST quality, for $15 I think they're awesome. The only normal clothing item I bought was a simple ribbed cropped tshirt. Very cute, though basic. One interesting thing - there was no tag and I was unable to tell which was the front vs back. Looks the same either way so I just rolled with it! Will order from them again.

I ordered 5 dresses on Sept. 1st. They shipped them out on Sept. 2nd. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. It is from China, so understandable... BUT...

The quality was cheap and thin. One wasn't even like the one the model was wearing in the photo. It was a similar style, not really, but like I said CHEAP and $#*!TY quality. That is SNEAKY and FALSE advertising! I did like a few dresses tho, but again... not the quality I expected from the pictures they advertise.
BUT THEN...

I WAS MISSING A DRESS! I contacted them and they replied that they had sent it seperately and it was shipped out on the 4th and to expect it in 10-25 days... WTF?!? Why would they do that? Are they stupid?! Trying to save on some shipping cost or something? And they didnt even inform me that they did this till I asked where the F is my dress?

I would like to mention I paid for tracking and insurance for these orders...
The tracking service they sent in the confirmations emails didnt even work... I received the working ones only after I asked about my orders...

ANYWAYS its been 25 days and I am still going where the $#*! is my dress? And they respond... it may take 45-60 DAYS...
$#*!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL.COM

SUMMARY: Cheap rip off clothing store from China = terrible shipping times, lack of helpful customer service, and $#*!ty quality.

UPDATE!
It is now Nov. 8th. It has been 2 MONTHS! I still have no dress, no contact, and no money back. Again... $#*!ty site, $#*!ty quality, and most of all the $#*!tiest service!
