This is my objective review on the website Zaful based on my personal experience.
I was a bit wary of Zaful as with these sites, sometimes the clothing can look completely different to what is ordered. However, the photos on Zaful look genuine and the piece of clothing I ordered looks exactly how I expected. I ordered a green one-piece swimsuit from Zaful for the summer. It is surprisingly very good quality for the price and looks more flattering than some of the $200 swimsuits I own. I also was looking for a particular type of swimsuit and no one else had it except Zaful and for only $12! The sizing is small, but by reading comments and using size guides, I just sized up and the swimsuit fits perfectly. The attention to detail is also great with full lining and adjustable straps which is something you wouldn't expect on something so cheap. It was honestly such a surprise to find something for such a low price but high in quality. Even the colour was spot on.
However, you do have to be careful when ordering things from websites like this. I am an experienced online shopper so had no problem scoping out items by looking through the comments and pictures people post which is a great feature of the Zaful website.
The only problem with the site is shipping which takes agggesss so don't order something for a specific date (which I knew not to do). I expected this however, and so it had no effect on my satisfaction. You just have to be mindful of this before you purchase anything and realise it could be a long time before you receive your item. For the low price, this is a small sacrifice.
There is also loads of discounts, sales and promotions all the time which is always enticing.
I will be ordering from there again for sure!

The shorts were very pretty and sizeing was right, however i do wish they fit me tighter on my thighs.
I think the bikini that I received was great quality I would size up from your normal size thought, well that's what I did and it fit perfectly.
Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. Most slow trash site I've ever used. They take months to give you your stuff, any inquire about it, just gets a further and further date! They also had the audacity to report this very review to say it wasn't truthful. They temporarily took my review down, until I provided the proof in full!
What I left out of my original review, because I wanted to be more kind, was that they originally only sent a couple items I ordered, then the rest months and months later. Then when the final package came, 3-4 months later it was missing an item. When I reported the one missing item they wanted proof that the package had been tampered with. I told them nothing is wrong with the package, you just didn't put the item in! Then I realized I actually had an email from them saying this item was out of stock. So my question is this why didn't you the day you knew you were out of stock, and could not send my item issue me a refund immediately? Once they made me show proof of this, Then they told me they were refunding me in their coins, a credit! Hahaha I said not a chance I would never order from your site again. What wait another 3-4 month? Think I'm an idiot? Hahaha Can you imagine waiting that long for something after the original length was like 10-14 days wait. Then they want proof at item wasn't in the the box. What kinda of business is this. I still have not received my 16.99usd refund. Don't you think after waiting months for your stuff they should give you something to say sorry. At least a refund for the items months later!
And to top it off if you look below they mention express shipping, up after I didn't get my shipment why did you take it upon yourselves to send it that way? Maybe after month two. Trash trash trash

Ive been shopping here for sometime and have had no problems and no issues... ive always gotten exactly what i wanted and paid for and the qualtity is very good and def worth the super low prices... alot of you women keep talking about sizes not fitting and going according to chart! Mhmm maybe its you and not the clothing!. Maybe your having a hard time accepting the fact that your really an xxl instead of an xl and taking out your frustrations on these poor people that work for this company. First of all, we ordered the beginning of Sept and still haven't received our order. Know that you are ordering from China and do not order flat shipping rate or you will get the run-around. I had no idea when we ordered two dresses on Sept 3 that we'd have this type of costumer service.
We were promised on the website delivery within 28 days. After a month, I started writing to request a refund. They asked that we "be patient" I've asked three times for a refund, and every time they've said to be patient, that instead of 28 days to get the order, we should now wait two months. After the two months, I've asked for a refund for a third time... here's the response:

Argh! Why in the world would I order anything again from this company who didn't deliver the first time!
I ordered a bathing suit in January. Near the end of January I hadn't received the item so I used the chat feature to check on it. THe associate said that it was back ordered and asked if Id like to wait for it to ship out Feb 20th, or order another item. I decided to wait, as I wasn't in a huge rush for the suit. All of February and half of March passes, with me periodically checking with the staff via chat where my item was, as the tracking number does not work. It has showed the same thing the entire time with no progress at all. I was told on 2 occasions to wait 15-25 business days, and after that there will be a solution. I waited until March 20-- 25 days and created a support ticket. All they did was say that it was on the way and to continue to wait. I responded that i had waited the 25 days and required a solution, as waiting wasn't one. Again, they replied that shipping may be slow due to "extreme weather, festivals and holidays, or back logs in the package shipping/processing". I protested again as id ordered a few items from AliExpress, where most of the items come out of China. I received all of those items in 2 weeks or less! I recommend that website over Zaful--who is a scam.
So they responded that they will give me a refund of $5 if I continue to wait-- I say ok. Then I get an email saying that I now have to wait until April 20 for a solution! Do i think the bathing suit is coming? No. Do I think they scammed me and stole my money? Yes.
I will continue to complain thru their support ticket platform, then I will involve my bank. Ladies, there are a million different REPUTABLE sites where the items are shipped as they should be and the shipping time is reasonable. I understand that shipping from overseas takes some time. However, it does not take 3 months...
Don't but anything on that site. Its a complete gamble if you'll receive the items or not, and the staff doesn't care at all and does nothing to offer solutions to their terrible service. 0 stars---- buyer beware!

First, I would like to start by saying the first time I ordered from them (in May 2017) I ordered two swim suits and they came about two weeks later.
Fast forward to July 5th, I decided to order some more swim suits for my upcoming trip. I decided to pay for EXPRESS shipping, and it came the day before my flight. But OH WAIT... IT WASN'T MY ORDER. It was an order that was suppose to go to some woman in FRANCE (I'm in California), AND it wasn't even from Zaful... It was from some company called RoseGal.
I contacted Zaful and they said if I send back that order, they will reship my original order and refund me the cost of shipping.
I returned the package, the day after I returned from my trip, to the address provided. They received it two days later and said they were getting my order ready to ship. It shipped July 30th and according to the tracking number it is STILL in China. The didn't even send it EXPRESS like I ORIGINALLY paid for. Also, they have NOT REFUNDED me the shipping costs of returning they other order they sent me. I am beyond frustrated!

I saw an ad on facebook for this gorgeous dress and went through to the site to purchase it. It was not on sale, it had no indication that the stock was running out (i think maybe the medium had sold out?) so I went ahead and purchased this item (with a few other things). About 1 month later, i receive an email saying the item i ordered was out of stock, and they would need to wait until they received more before they could send it out to me. How long? They weren't sure.
I understood, sometimes suppliers and stockists etc can let them down, but they hadn't indicated which item. So i asked, they said it was just the dress but wouldn't send the other items out until the dress was ready? I was frustrated by this point. I asked for a full refund to get it over and done with as it wasn't worth the hassle. I received another 'advice' reply suggesting what I should do and if i could just wait until they got the item back in stock. I replied AGAIN saying no, I just wanted my refund. To which they processed it and said to wait 7-14 working days.
1 month later I still have seen no sign of the refund.
I messaged the live chat crew to see if they could help, they just said to check the card account as it should have been paid. I repeated, that I have not received a single refund for this goddamn dress that i ordered 2 months ago. They said they'd get back to me via email.
I get it, sometimes things go wrong. But in this case, the customer service have done very little to ensure my needs are met in this instance and seems like they couldn't care less if I wanted to buy with them again. So frustrated and disappointed.

I purchased clothing from Zaful in October of 2015. As I said in my previous posting - it doesn't fit and their customer service is non-existent. So after 3 months of continued emailing, filling out tickets on their site, going through incompentant people on their chat line, I finally got someone to give me the information to mail the clothing back. So January 22nd 2016 I mailed the items back. $50.75 to mail to China! Also, you can't request a return receipt because the post office told me that will immediately prompt a package review which will hold up you package anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. The post office also said that China companies are notorious for refusing packages with RRR - they don't want to acknowledge that they received your return! So surprise surprise, it's been two months and I have not received a refund. I looked up my old ticket with Zaful and sent a request asking where in the hell is my refund and the computer cut off my request and sent me a pop up that says my ticket has been cleared. What? So I can't even communicate about that ticket. So I tried to make a new ticket, and you guessed it, couldn't do that - my order number is no longer recognized. This would be funny if it was a Ben Stiller movie. But I'm not laughing. So I called my bank and told them I wanted to report fraud. They took all my info about Zaful, I need to email them a copy of the postage receipt, and they have refunded me fully for my purchase. They will go after Zaful themselves. Wonder if they can get anybody on the line?!?!? But HEY! Lesson learned, I will never buy clothing on-line again. Never. So maybe the rest of you unhappy zaful customers can get your money back from your bank. If enough banks are filing fraud reports against zaful - maybe that might make a difference.
UPDATE 5/23/16: I FINALLY received a refund from Zaful for the garments I returned to them in JANUARY. It cost me almost $50 to send the clothes back to China, and they do not reimburse you for shipping costs. But at least I got a refund for the clothes. I will NEVER do business with them again.
