I received an almost outdated product, which had coagulated and had a vile smell. When I emailed *, she basically told me to go pound sand. Then I posted actual pictures of the product on the site, which were deleted. They do not stand behind their product.

I'm glad that I came across Yummy Bazar to stock up on specialty jams. I had been ordering from my local Sprouts then Amazon but have recently found that both vendors have raised prices drastically on specialty jams imported from other countries. I was a little hesitant about ordering from Yummy Bazaar for the first time. I was able to sign up with an email to receive a 10% coupon on my first order. I ordered online on Sept. 5 and received my order in full on Sept. 17. I am in CA and I believe they shipped from the east coast. Not bad for shipping lead times. The jams arrived wrapped in a large box, each wrapped in bubble wrap and in good shape. I do admit ordering online was a little difficult as the free shipping qualification kept changing depending on what was added to the cart. On another note, I was restricted from buying too many jars of a particular jam that is a favorite. When I tried buying the bulk carton, it was on back-order. I am happy with my purchase experience and will definitely return to re-order. I do hope that the costs will remain within reason for the specialty imported jams.

I've tried online chatting with the promise that a representative will available shortly TWICE. No one to speak to. I put my order number in and it says no order was placed. I received a stale batch of powdered french hot chocolate, on their Amazon website as a third-party transaction. Even though it was well within freshness date, this does not guarantee the sellers store it properly or when it was imported, that it was packed in a cool and dry container. I used up most of the packets for a large batch of the chocolate for my family and I had a couple of packets left, which I chucked. When I tried to do a return/refund process, I was advised I could not send anything back and I only had a couple of packets. After trying to get a hold of them and several messages later, these jerks said they would give me a refund if I mail back the hot chocolate to some address. I have no guarantee I would get my refund, no time frame was given when I could expect refund, and I HAD TO COVER THE POSTAGE which would have cost half or so of what the stupid drink packets were worth, They still won't refund me, now I have to take it to the BBB and to court, if necessary,. They steal money for crappy beverages,.

I received my order with three items missing. They did not explain why, and that is a negative. When I called, they told me they were out of stock, so I asked for a refund.
It took me three phone calls and ten days to get this resolved and get a refund.
That is another negative. I hope the person in charge of the company reads this and make appropriate adjustments, because now I am a little skeptical about placing another order, and I bought a lot from them before.

I wrote this question at the time of placing my order. I did not receive a response to this. Most products were shipped satisfactorily, however, some canned products were packaged and shipped only in paper wrap, therefore, 4 cans were dented and unable to be resold.
