I ordered a few products on Feb 4 and was waiting for them with high expectations. After a few days, I got an email it's delivered even though I haven't gotten any packages. Because there is a package service in my apt whenever a package is delivered I receive an automatic message. So I contacted the customer service center at Yummy bazaar. The staff said he will figure it out. So I was waiting again. Two weeks passed. I contacted the customer service center again and asked for a return if there is any updated information. BUT The staff answered me
"Hi there,
My colleague was in contact with USPS and there is no update on your case at this time. If we happen to receive it back here due to it being returned to the sender, we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund minus our restocking fee per our policy. However, we will not be able to issue you a refund for a different circumstance due to our policy which I'll attach."
He sent me a message "he couldn't reach out USPS" at 4 times.
