TOP NOTCH! After only a few months, I can see that Yodle performs better than other SEO companies I have used. There has been a gradual increase in quality calls over time and the cost per lead is far below the average of other marketing venues we use. The customer service has been great at keeping in touch and fine tuning and improving our marketing.
From the beginning, they have been extremely helpful and responsive in helping me get my small, new business in front of great customers. The team at Yodle is competent and courteous. Their work to drive calls to my phone have resulted in over a 1100% return on investment (no I didn't put too many zeroes on that number). Their pay-per-click campaign has been well worth the investment and their program optimizes my investment meaning they tell me when I am investing enough to drive traffic to our business (yes, a company that will actually not keep coming back telling me to give them more money unless there is actual a value to me). This high level of integrity and proven results for my business gives them a well-deserved 5 stars without a doubt. I have recommended them to 4 colleagues who have also seen great results from the Yodle team. Finally, I will say that their website design and their mobile site design is beautiful to not only me but my customers. I have had over a dozen customers tell me that "my website is really nice". I will finally add that it takes time for ANY PPC to work. It was two months before I saw some volume but now after 7 months, the volume continues to increase.
I dont understand any of the positive reviews. I decided to believe the hype and sign up but then last minute said I wasn't interested. I was assured my credit card wouldn't be charged but it was, anyways. Furthermore, my personal address was posted all over the internet after I had specifically explained the importance of privacy. Also, the information which had been posted was so horrible inaccurate and far from what I did. I called costumer service and was told my information including, and most importantly, personal address would be removed--- it never was. I called and emailed for my name and personal address to be removed but it was not. Do NOT use this site. It's not worth it.
Great customer service! We've had nothing but great experiences with the company. Our rep gets back to us within hours and updates the website the same day typically. Very friendly and patient when it comes to all of our questions. Online dashboard is very user friendly!
Always wary of wasting hard earned dollars on advertising, I (rather reluctantly) agreed to give these people a try. At the time I felt it was rather pricey and had no confidence that I would get many results. I was so wrong. These people know their business, work very hard to get results and even follow up to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. The very first day my account was activated I got results and am still getting them 2 months later. I believe the work I am getting from these referrals is not only paying for the service but also increasing my profit. I have to stop telling myself that this is too good to be true. A real help with advertising that gives results!
When I first started with Yodle, I was very discouraged because I was paying a certain amount of money and was not getting a return on it. The company worked with me and assigned an outstanding Marketing Consultant named Matt Dalpini who had some really innovative ideas to get me more exposure and they worked. I have started receiving calls that are pertinent to my business and have actually closed a few loan applications in the last two months. I am happy with Yodle and plan to use it indefinitely.

This is amazing, considering other companies we looked at claimed you can't expect much of anything in the first 90 days. We've had a very positive experience using Yodle for the online marketing of our business. The company has very comprehensive dashboard interface that makes reviewing our current marketing stats and incoming lead calls very easy at any time. We also have a great Yodle representative, Taylor W., who is very pro-active on following up with us on our account and conducts weekly phone conferences with us to help tune our marketing message and always has different ideas and strategies in which to better improve the results we get from Yodle.

The staff at yodle are very helpful and easy to get ahold of. You never have to go through an answering service to reach your representative. It's great that every record and keep track of every call. This is a great teaching tool for the staff.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
