I wanted to take a few moments to tell everyone what wonderful experiences I have had with Yodle. From the time I first came into contact with the company to now, I have received excellent care and response from them. Being an office manager of a dental practice I am often busy and anytime I have needed their assistance it has been immediate.
We have them administer our website and we are able to easily track our leads from the website and/or any advertising we do with them from a single webpage called our "dashboard'. If we happen to have a current client call us from the web page we can adjust whether or not it is a new lead or current client. It is always difficult to track your ROI or return on investments, but with Yodle, it is made easy. In addition you can have them manage your pay per click ads if you choose to use them. This helps because then you do not need a staff member to monitor that. We have had great success with the help of Yodle. Thank you Yodle and all of the staff there!

Complete FRAUD. The salesperson will tell you anything to get you to sign up and pay them. As soon I paid they demonstrated nothing but utter incompetance. I paid $3K and when it became obvious their scheme was a bait & switch, I requested to cancel via phone, email & letter and they refused, saying that I paid and they would not refund anything. I literally feel like they have stolen my money. They did not provide even 1 valid lead in months - all i got was tons of wrong numbers all day and people looking for different services than my company offers. Let me repeat, not even 1 lead from someone looking for the service my company provides.
RUN, dont walk from these frauds and theives or sign up at your own peril.

Any changes to the website that I need to make are done pretty fast, and they help you with deciding if something will look out of place or flow good. Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
