Having utilized competitors to Yodle, such as 29 Prime, and then Yodle as well, I can definitively state that Yodle is far superior in every way. This company has exceptional customer service, and an amazing back office product for the customer to use.

I was quite satisfied with the results, and this was after going in very weary from a previous bad experience with 29 Prime. It was a pleasant surprise to see the level of professionalism and courtesy, coupled with a quality product, that came from Yodle.

I recommend to anyone in need of internet marketing to give Yodle 6 months to win you over.

The ease of the use of the site is amazing. I was thinking I would have difficulty with it, but that isn't the case. My rep was so informative and described everything in great detail. She took her time and answered any question I had. I am so excited to start this next chapter in our company's advertising.

I think that by using Yodle I have really been able to make a name for myself. The team is always there to help when I need it with fast response times via e mail as well as over the phone. They take their time to help me make my business all that it can be and to customize a plan to fit my goals and needs.

Do not transfer your Google local ownership to Yodle. They will not return it after you cancel. Plus, in effect they charge you for leads you were getting from Google local before using them, which is nuts--paying for leads you were sourcing without them.

My experience with Yodle was magnificent. There representative (Bonnie)was extremely helpful in her description of Yodles system and how they work. She said it would take about 15 minutes but took a little longer because of all of my questions asked. She never ever rushed me and answered each question! Five Stars for sure!

Yodle took action quickly
January 2, 2015

Yodle took action quickly. In the first 30 days I have had 20 contacts and 5 are good and 1 booked for an appointment. My firm is organically showing up on the first page of a Google search. So far, I'm pleased with Yodle.

Just over a month into my program and have gotten much more lead generation than could hope for. Only expect this to get better as the optimization continues. Support has been fantastic both introducing me to website and how to get the most out of it as well as follow up communication to remind me to do certain things, refresh my recollection on the many pieces of information available and to introduce me to new additions to the dashboard. Hoping this will be a long relationship.

I have tried many SEO websites and neither come even close to what Yodle's services have provided for our company for over 4 years. In the beginning I was skeptical, of course, but they really go out of their way to make your business' presence felt on the internet; I would check everyday on the search engine and type some key words and whoala! Our business would always be on top. We've tried everything from mail advertising to craigslist to pennysaver and the results were always disappointing.

One of the many benefits that especially stands out is the call center they have that takes over when our office staff can't take any calls because they're either on the other line, away from the phone, or the office is simply closed and that's the WOW factor! We didn't realize how many potential jobs we were missing after hours until Yodle began to email us each and every callers information along with their needs right away. It was astonishing to see how many potential customers we'd lost in the past, customers wouldn't leave messages on our machine, they wanted to talk to an actual person which made all the difference. Sometimes, I'm happy to say, it's hard to keep up with providing customers proposals, I'd say this is the best problem to have.

Another great tool is how each call gets recorded, we were able to see (hear) where we needed to improve when it came to customer service over the phone and that makes all the difference too especially when striving to be the better company than the next one, and thanks to Yodle, we are just that.

Yodle has great customer service and have always met the needs of our business.

Very Good. Levare covered alot of information in a very efficient manner. I feel much more comfortable with Yodle and all of its features, whereas before the phone call with Levare I was somewhat confused.

Overall the service cost us more than any return. It was somewhat effective at increasing our presence to the smart phone user, however that tended to be more calls from telemarketers wanting to sell us more advertising and pre-existing customers and vendors who just used the convenience of a one click dial.
