I needed a new computer and got this one on a whim because I watched a couple of YouTubers and Xidax had consistent reviews. I am in love with it. It works great and handles anything I throw at it. For me customer service is important and the guys I talked to nailed it knowledgeable, helpful, and polite even though I was annoyingly dumb when it came to the purchase process. 10/10 recommend.
Like the title says, I was skeptical about it all. Afraid that like other stores and sites will over inflate a pc with accessories and cosmetics to rack up the price. When the experience gets no love. I told them what my goal was, and they helped me find the PC that would do it, and well.
They provided me with a great PC, it was delivered quickly, and it was already set up for me. All I had to do, was remove the protective packaging (they are very thorough, I'll add)
And hook up my monitors and plug it in.

I bought a Xidax PC in December, the sales team helped me get my build put together easily, even was able to special order fans that they don't carry.
On top of that, they've got a lifetime warranty which is no joke, a stick of ram failed and they swapped it out no problem.
Definitely my go-to for future upgrades and builds
I had a mid tier custom built by another company. Out of the box it didn't work, spent many hours diagnosing with the company. But, they did take it back all postage and costs paid and gave me back every penny I paid.
Got my Xidax, same tier build and all the parts were correct, it worked out of the box and had it in about a week from ordering. Now we need to see if it lasts, but long story short, I think it's not the problem but the recovery that matters.
PS, my build from the other company is now selling for $400 less and NZXT no longer sells the like item. I'm still keeping Mr. Xidax, hoping it will last the ten years my last build lived.
I am overjoyed with my recent purchase from this Xidax! They crafted a one-of-a-kind computer that is an absolute masterpiece. I can't speak highly enough about Spencer, the sales representative who guided me through the process. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm were truly impressive. Thanks to him and the Xidax, I now own a computer that is as unique as it is powerful. Shout-out to Spencer and the entire team for an exceptional experience!
I've order my rig almost 5 weeks ago. I understand there may be delays, but after reaching out multiple times they always have a different story. I reached out a week ago form today 2/21/22 to check on its status (as they only provide status updates when it's being built, tested, and shipped) only to find out the motherboard I ordered was out of stock. Cool, things happen, we get that situated, I'm told it will take a week to get it processed. Today marks a week and 2 days, I check in it. The SSD card is out of stock… Again, we get it situated, I requested if it can be worked on soon as I've waited 5 weeks already (they promise 4-6 weeks). Only to be told it can take multiple weeks from today for it to get started, processed, and shipped… The worst part is, you have to reach out to them constantly to i guess get them working on your rig. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.

Empty promises to help fix broken case fans. Fan issues from delivery to weeks later without help!
* responded here and I did reach out to him. A few days later he responded offering help which I asked for and there has since been zero follow up. Just seem to be getting strung along. Well, another week gone by and I have had zero response to my problem with the case fans. Thanks XIDAX!
It is now 10/20/23. After multiple attempts to reach * and the CS team, crickets. Empty promises with the only resolution offered is to send the Unit back. CRAZY!

Financed pc for 3500$ delivered broken PC fault found from day 1 unboxing sent back for repair after cpu is overheating... they return saying it's fixed... this is a lie computer still overheating still same exact code on mother board. If they just turned it on after "fixing" it if they even worked on it. In reality they could see it them selves its a bright light that literally says a code in bright red can't be missed... well they did miss It they didn't even look in my opinion. Here it is less than 6 months in 3-4 months of it actually being in my house completely dead pc no boot unbelievable and they want to act like fixing it should cost me money... umm no you shipped it defective failed to repair it 2 times you just need to fix it right its literally not hard replace the cpu quality test it play something it's called running a business you don't sell someone crap then put them off worst experience of my life 1st and last time

Spent 6000 dollars on two computers one broke and called service never called back to this day and I called 3 times. They were so nice to take my money but when I have problem boy do they suck. No help at all stay away

After nearly a month my PC still hasn't shipped back to me even though I received an email Friday (I write this Monday evening) stating service was complete. Calls aren't returned. The original PC CPU cooler was not installed well (almost no thermal paste). The motherboard became faulty so I'm paying the shipping to them and back which would not be so terrible if they would simply have a sense of urgency about returning a very expensive computer. I've built several and never had issues and bought soley due to the GPU shortage at the time... never again.

I had a very nasty bout with xidax,, to make a long story short they put a laptop computer together for me that was gaming specs, while the computer was good for a couple years, the salesman lied to me telling me i could replace my video card, which this wasnt true. I had them take my computer on 2 reapairs within 2 years, meanwhile my wife and her HP walmart never had one issue, i contacted segar because xidax told me i would have to get another GPU, and they got from sager, sagear is so overpriced and after a second computer i bought to eliminate xidax, same junk. Xidax while they do piece computers together they do not do many things in their office like even replacing a GPU. I would never do business with them or saeger, to make it right they sent me 3 cheap $#*! t shirts that are horrible quality, along with a pc mouse. The company is great to talk to but when you have a issue and you will be prepared to get jerked around i even had the warranty...

I ordered my PC from Xidax and the sales rep was super helpful in helping me pick out a pre-built PC that met my requirements. Once I got the PC I was having issues getting the PC to work properly (because I have no experience with gaming PC's and how they work, the online help desk employee was not only amazingly helpful but non-judgmental and understanding of my frustration (at my own ineptitude). He was able to help me get the computer running at full capacity within minutes and assured me that my inexperience was a normal thing and he was more than happy to help. I for sure will be buying from Xidax in the future
Xidax has a plethora of options and recommended builds. The customer service was one of the highest attributes. They responded quickly and are able to provide solutions. My rig came quickly and safely. Truly impressed.
From build to delivery and customer service, I am extremely happy with all Xidax has done. My PC is amazing and everything I was looking for! When my wife is ready for an upgrade I will definitely be going with Xidax PCs again!

This is my second computer I've bought from Xidax my first computer lasted over 9 nine years. This time around Spencer was my sales rep and at first we were talking about the pre built. However after talking about it he realized pre built was not exactly what I was looking for. So created a custom build to fit best what I wanted from my pc. I will not be buying from any other computer build company.
I've been a solid customer for 4 years encouraging my family to purchase machines, i think we're up to 6 total now. Solid tech support knowledge, I could go on and on about how amazing their warranty is and how it works with an array of schedules, skill levels and needs, Shane even helped me make some upgrades while it was in for a repair covered even after all these years. I can't imagine a better deal.
I honestly have no idea about computers, so I had some friends help me pick out one of the pre mades. And all I can say is it's a beast of a machine. Runs everything smoothly, can pretty much play any game I want. Probably the best decision I made
