I ordered a bunch of sweaters but wasn't overly impressed with the sizing. Alejandro was quick to help and suggested some other options.
Overall, shipping is fast, customer service is quick to respond and friendly.
I will continue to order from Wordans.

I ordered some shirts for our company and they arrived super fast. I had some questions about my order and was lucky enough to get Charlie when I called. He was eager to answer my questions and make sure my shopping experience was nothing but pleasant. He followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied. More companies need someone like Charlie working for them!

I had an order that had one I correct item and one damaged item. Charlie from Customer Service was quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly and provided me with an update. Very happy with the service.

I needed assistance because the website said an item was in stock and it made it all the way to my cart and check out but it never was. Alejandro was very helpful and offered me a coupon code or a refund. My refund email came right away and was taken care Of quickly.

I forgot to change the ship to address on our order and Alejandro was very pleasant and helpful. Sent an updated confirmation as well.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my most recent order, realised once I tried them on and contacted customer service right away to ask about the process to return. Charlie from customer service got in touch with me the next day and my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours! Very happy with the help I received.

I had a minor issue with the front pocket being off centre on my hooded sweatshirt! I emailed the company and the next day I received my replacement! Alejandro was more than accommodating!

Great great customer service, never really had a problem with any of the items, besides one time i got the wrong size in like a year and Alejandro really got on that asap, not much wait for a reply, and everything settled and fixed in a matter of 3-4 days!

I really appreciate Alejandro and his fast response in issuing a refund for a shirt they no longer had in stock which I had ordered. My shipment should be here today and I'm thrilled at how fast the shipping and delivery was! Definitely looking forward to using them again in the future.

I was assisted by Anna, who took the time to answer all of my questions and was very prompt and detailed with her responses. She was very helpful and patient with me, she made sure I understood the process and that all my questions were answered, before I made my order.

I had emailed about how to send a email transfer as I was a bit confused and I got a response the next day! Alejandro was a huge help and even gave me a 5% discount for my troubles. I am very impressed and I can't wait for my order to come in! I hope its the same quality as their customer service!

Alejandro was great today! I received a back order notification so I sent an email to cancel as I needed only that item for an order. Within 30 minutes I had a response from Alejandro. Thanks so much for the amazing and quick customer service. In this time of Covid not a lot of companies are this quick and helpful anymore.
