I am very happy with the WomanWithin. They have a nice selection of clothes for me to choose from and they deliver on time.
They have quality issues. I bought something pretty good but when I collected my order, that was not up to the mark. Little disappointed this time.
I just found woman within, but have placed several orders and pleased with most. Check it out for yourself... I am running on now to get 100
Average services and everything. They not really disappointed me too. But there is room for improvement. I hope they will do this ASAP.
Delivery time is reasonable and customer service is wonderful! I have even had to return once with no difficulty what so ever

I ordered a pair of blue pants & received a pair of beige pants. Their return system is antiquated & I had to pay to return the WRONG item THEY originally shipped. I will never order from them again.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I placed an order for a jacket on October 26.! Needless to say I just received it today Friday December 18th. I previously called customer service to inquire why I have not received my jacket. When I ordered it, it said it was available for delivery. Then I was told it was on backorder. So when I did talk to someone in customer service. The supervisor informed me that if I wasn't happy in other words I could take my business somewhere else? Wow that is really poor customer service.! So I called back again and I asked to talk to a corporate manager and I was given the runaround. I was told that somebody would get back in touch with me and nobody ever did. To me it is pretty sad oh, that if you have a customer that is always ordered from you. Why would you want to lose them as a customer? Woman Within shame on you...! I have never been treated so bad in my life. You are my first priority when I placed all my orders for anything I needed to do with clothes. Make me sad that you train your customer service to be so mean and ignorant to the customers. Hanging up on a customer trying to find out information is very rude. I just hope you take your policy and I hope you change your customer services attitudes! It's sad if you lose customers because everybody's so rude that works for you...
A very unhappy customer
I have experience never had it in life and I hope I and anyone else can have it. My wife ordered 5items clothes, they sent 4 items complete wrong size,the 5 th one was right size.later on she paid that one item which she kept it and the 4 items shipped back to women within which she paid the postage $11 because the post office deny it,she called and assured that 4 items been received by womenwithin. All of the sudden thier bank sent full statement for the 5 items,it take us many hours between waitting and talking to different individuals in womenwithin to correct it,THIS over almost ONE YEAR.Bank came with other charges We have no idea where it came from.each month they add late fee until became $140.
We paid for this one item and we paid for the extra charge for the postage which we need to be refunded. They keep harras us by calling our phones and messages. This company need to be investigating by us attorney General and by the us trade commission. This case I am going to refer it to my legal counsel to fill case against womenwithin for continously harassment us and distribute our living.
I ordered a nightgown for my mother in law two weeks before mother's day, it came about a week before Mother's Day; I ordered a 3X, the package said 3X but what they sent was a 5X!
So, I called and they apologized and asked if they could send me the right order and I said only if it will come by that Thursday because that's when we would be heading home to see her. They promised me it would be there no problem I wouldn't be charged but on my bank account they had charged me 19.99 for fast shipping! Thursday comes and no package so I decided that we would leave Friday instead so that I could receive the package then. Friday comes and NO package. I called and the customer service rep says that it never was sent and the sales department had no way to contact me but every time I've been on the phone with someone, they have repeated my number back and my phone number is on my invoice! She transfers me to sales because she doesn't know why they didn't send it, all the while her customer service was AWFUL! That line kept saying they were closed but it was well within two hours of them closing so I left a message for them to call me back and of course to this day I have never received a call back. It's been a little over a week and a half after I have returned the package and I still haven't received a refund. This company absolutely disgust me and I'll never in my life make a purchase from this company again!

Really good customer service... when items don't fit correctly... you can return without incident. Prices are good too.
Waited too Long for my items. Sometimes received items and is totally different from the photos, v disappointed
I have been ordering from Woman Within for several years and recently opened a Woman Within and a Full Beauty account, I placed an order for a pair of shoes needed for an event and after two weeks checked the status and found my order had not even been processed yet. I called customer service and asked to cancel the order and was informed this wasnt possible. The shipping costs that they charge compared to other companies is ridiculous so the fact they they wouldn't cancel the order so I wouldn't incur this cost was unacceptable. Not to mention the additional cost to return. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes at which time I was asked to call back. I said No I would like to close both of my accounts then and was transferred to another dept to do so. Again I was asked the reason for my cancellation but no alternative solution was offered, so i closed both accounts.
PENNY WISE AND DOLLAR FOOLISH. Shopping is my thing and the amount of future revenue they've lost is ridiculous so very foolish on their part.
I will never order from any of their umpteen companies ever again

My review isn't about the company. Its about some of the customers. We state all of our policies inside the catalogs AND the website! Do not take out all your anger out on us reps all because you did not bother to look up our policies on returns, exchanges, etc. WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOB! We do understand your frustration if you didn't know about the return fee, or that we don't credit shipping, etc... but please stop yelling at us and bashing on us because we can't manipulate the system for you! I had a customer yell at me for not being able to use 2 coupons on one order. If you turn to the page that has more details for the coupon, it will state "CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS". Not only that, a customer wanted me to send her the exchange right away WITHOUT charging her even though she hasn't sent us the original order. Uhmmm hello, anything that leaves the warehouse IS always charged! It's like going to walmart and demanding to exchange an item but not having the item with you and expecting them to give you the new item for free! We can only do so much. We are just doing our jobs. Please, for future references, research the company's policy before you order from them. It would save not just you, but also an associate from having a bad day.
