Wizmotions was amazing at walking us through our first whi\teboard video presentation. It is not as easy as it appears and they were with us every step of there way. Federico was our project managers and he was outstanding. The video has been a huge hit so far... cant wait to do more..
Our company has worked with a number of video production companies, and working with wixMotions was by far the most painless experience. Not only was it incredibly economical, but working with them was fast and easy. We ended up with a great video at the end of it which was a fraction of the cost without losing any of the quality. We were looking to film a television commercial for our dealership and were referred to various production companies. After meeting with a few of them, it became clear that it was going to be an incredibly long, time consuming, and expensive process. We were really at a loss, not sure how to get a professional looking and sounding product without spending a ton of time and money. Then we were referred to wizMotions.
All I can say is "Wow", Their creative process was seamless. They listened to my ideas and came up with unbelievable ideas of their own. It was incredibly easy, and the finished product just blew me away. If you're looking for a professionally produced video or commercial that can be had at a reasonable cost, I can't think of a better option that wizMotions.

A big we faced challenge before hiring wizMotions was determining a way to create educational material that simplified what we do in an entertaining easy to digest way. My favorite part of our project was having the freedom to create and submit our own voice-over to add to the project in a way that gave our video a personal touch. It is great that wizMotions gives you the choice to create your own voice-over or have someone from their team take care of it too, either way. WizMotions will be there with you all the way through the process of your project and will show genuine interest to make sure that you are getting exactly what you are looking for in your final product.
My favorite part of this experience has been the professionalism. I can't tell you enough how assuring it is having Basecamp and the great communication. My biggest fear was definitely relaying my vision to your artists. The quick questionnaire you all sent me when this project started took care of everything. I would tell them to come with an idea and WizMotions will turn it into reality.
My favorite part with wizMotions was definitely Carol! Carol reminded me continuously to review and make the revisions needed prior to animation. Because of her willingness and patience, I was able to receive the deck I envisioned.
WizMotions had been recommended to me with the line "they know their process and are very professional", and saw the standard of work in the portfolio. At all stages I've been delighted by both the communication and visual results. I wouldn't hesitate to use WizMotions again for future projects.
Ever hear of the phrase "running around like a chicken wit his head cut off?" This is what comes to mind when I think about wizmotions. I am pretty sure all of the things they guarantee on their website were violated while I worked with them. In the end I got an OK video but I felt like I was the one who made it. A very drudgerous process all in all.
But hey, they ARE cheap!

Hi, this is Bill Zimmerman co-owner of wizMotions. I'd like to explain what actually happened with this particular client, contrary to the information above.
There are many reasons why I had to refund her in full and politely inform her that we are not the right company for her. One of those reasons is that she did not want to listen to or follow our process whatsoever. We have literally thousands of happy customers and have a particular process on how we create our videos but she did not seem to care about that at all. She wanted her own process and in turn insisted that my team work for her full time and have multiple hour long conversations with her on a daily basis. While it's true that we have an extremely high customer service satisfaction level, (please see wizmotions.com/reviews) we simply do not have the staffing or time to be able to talk to every client we have for an hour every single day. I wish we did!
But that's not the only reason I refunded her and informed her we weren't a good fit... And what makes this review even more upsetting is that the only reason it was left is because she feels insulted that we don't want to work with her. My team actually went above and beyond to try to accommodate but it just wasn't happening. In fact, she was supposed to supply a "ready to go" script to use for her video as she did not pay for our script service. Instead, she took photographs of dozens of pages of a book, sent the photos to us, and then asked us to go through all the images and put the script together based on some marked paragraphs. We did in fact do that, without charging her, and afterwards spent more time trying to work out that script with her. That process included multiple phone calls, minimum one hour long each, with one of my project managers. My team spent many hours working on putting the script together for her, and we did not charge her for it. We just wanted to help and wanted to get this project going. Getting the script ready was step 1.
In addition, when we weren't getting back to her quickly enough, this particular client called the account executive in charge of her account exactly 22 times over the course of about two weeks. 22 times! That is not an exaggeration. And this is in addition to the multiple hour long conversations my project manager had with her. And I can't tell you how many emails were sent, it was dozens.
On Friday the 7th we just didn't have time to talk with her particular day. It was explained to her that we won't have an update for her every single day, that some days will pass without an update. This does not mean we are not working hard on her project, it just means that it takes time for these videos to be created. We are very transparent about our process and expectations, it takes on average 3 - 4 weeks to complete a project.
None of that got through to her. After 4 more phone calls from her on Friday, it was obvious we were not the right company for her so I politely explained to her that we are just not a good fit and refunded her in full. I'm sorry it didn't work out, but I just knew we were not a good fit. Then she left this review and AGAIN called us multiple times and emailed us to insult me and tell us about all of the bad reviews she is going to leave. I actually had to block her from calling us more, something I haven't done in 5 years of this business.
