The animations were exactly what we wanted for our eLearning project, completed quickly and accurately and in keeping with our budget. Responses to our inquiry and material exchange was always prompt and friendly. Love the use of Basecamp as a tool to connect and manage the project. Absolutely delighted to have become connected with wizMotions fine work and people and plan to return for future projects.

I work in the creative services department at a small television station. A client was interested in doing a commercial with graphics and images being drawn onto a whiteboard, which we were directly unable to produce. After doing some research online, I discovered wizMotions. After calling and explaining our project to them, Linda set me up with Federico, and the process was smooth sailing from there!

We got daily updates, sometimes multiple, from the storyboards set to our script, questions about how we wanted different things to look in the commercial, all the way up to the final proof and completed spot. The finished product turned out great, and our client loved it!

Overall, it was a smooth, quick process which yielded great results. I definitely recommend working with wizMotions!

This was a challenging process for everyone involved, because we needed to create a video in Chinese, but the Wizmotions team did not have copywriters for Chinese. We were aware of this "gap", but the rigorous process used by Wizmotions, and customer service commitment from Wizmotions gave us confidence that the project could succeed. We were not wrong.

Tracy did a fantastic job of understanding the essence of the message to be communicated, and created an English script which was the basis of a Chinese script that our own team then created around the core themes.

The cross cultural communication elements were handled very well by the artists, who came up with a number of good ideas that were directly incorporated. At the same time, ideas that could only come from our own team were incorporated very well too.

Federico was very patient and very professional, and kept accepting every change we made or every issue we highlighted at each stage of the project. Because we made sure to fix issues at the stages they were supposed to be addressed, the process went smoothly.

We would have loved for Wizmotions to do a "turnkey" for us, but that was not possible due to cultural and linguistic constraints.

Timezones were a challenge too, meaning we lost a few weeks due to everyone working 12-15 hours out of sync.

We're very happy to see the final product, and look forward to seeing the results in the market after we put it on our website.

Wizmotions did a great job, at a very fair price, given all the constraints in this project.

Producting an explainer video was something we had never done at our company. There are a lot of EV companies out there and I ended up choosing Wizmotion.

Mark at Wizmotion walked us through the entire process, which would have been much faster if I had paid better attention. I guess what I'm saying here is that Mark at Wizmotion had my back better than I did.

I was very happy with the final video. It ended up being two minutes and it's going to look great on our website.

WizMotions did a great job in the video production. They were very easy to work with. I would not count on them to grasp your complex product or idea so you must plan to do your own storyboard and make sure that when they supply you artwork it is exactly how you want it the first time. It was my experience that if a piece of artwork was approved and then a change was required extra costs were incurred, albeit fair costs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

NeckCare LLC was in need of a simple and entertaining instruction videos so we contacted WizMotions and immediately they presented to us the way forward, providing constructive ideas as to how we could best communicate the NeckCare instructional messages. Only few days after that they delivered +100% on their promises and adding a small bonus packe for us as well. WizMotions enabled us to actively participate in the creation of the product so at all times we were sure that the whole project team was on the same page.

When we started the process I was concerned that I couldn't articulate the vision we had, but WizMotions had no problem understanding and bringing it to life. I liked how every thing is done in stages so you have time to edit & decide on changes. I also was extremely pleased with fast communication and being greeted with upbeat attitudes. I would definitely recommend this to a company if you are interested in creating your own whiteboard video!

1st you have to watch a tutorial to explain to you their protocol for you to do business with them. Then you have to enroll in a special communication email service to communicate with them. However in 3 days they have done nothing except send me emails to ask me if I watched their tutorial and have I enrolled in their email program so they can send me updates about all the things they haven't gotten done. No wonder it takes then 3 weeks to draw a picture

I have now commissioned two explainer videos made by wizMotions, and I have been impressed with the process and final product of both of them. The project manager on both of my jobs (Justine) has been highly responsive and helpful, and in this case the production folks inserted some of their own ideas and creativity into illustrating our video. And, even though I had some last minute changes, they made them for me quickly and professionally. Nice job, team!
