Only had it for about two weeks, but so far we love it.
All American company and they make quality products.
So for me we were going to get this bed through Wink regardless because my wife's chiropractor highly recommended it. During the process he had given us a slip for tax credit. At the time I was dealing with the online chat and they said it could not be applied. I had written to Wink immediately and then just decided that since the chiropractor recommended it and it would help resolve my wife's back pain and issues sleeping, and provide me with more comfort then I was just getting it regardless. Wink's customer service though - responded to my email - super friendly, and was literally on top of this - gave us a credit. Made sure it went through and communicated that back to me. Her name was Tory. She was absolutely fantastic and honestly my day was horrible as was, and that really was a topper for me turning my day around. I can't thank her enough. I have already showed 3 of our neighbors our new bed since my wife had told them about it, and "customer service" is always something that I tell them about too. I wouldn't hesitate to refer as I have already Wink - if Tory is any indication of the dedication your company puts into these beds, and the pillows, the shipping of the product was super smooth... then everyone should buy their beds here.
I feel like I am laying on top of the mattress opposed to feeling sunken into it. I haven't woken up with any soreness since my first night.

Cushy too but not enough of it. Seem to sink to springs or something that is very unforgiving. 215# side sleeper with hip/shoulder pain.
Easy purchase process from start to receipt of mattress
Not as nice as the website details. There is a lack of side support at the edge of the mattress and we feel like we're going to roll out of bed at any time.

Great experience from start to finish. Bed was delivered early, it was exactly as expected, easier to set up than I expected, and just clearly a very well-made mattress. Awesome experience.
Good shopping experience. Easy to order and customer service replied quickly to an issue. Though they have not followed up for return after I sent requested images. Received bed and upon inspection threads are loose, hanging out, stitching is missing in 3-5 inch sections along the entire side. Seams do not match up at the foot of the bed. Can feel the springs on the sides of the bed. For a "luxury quality" mattress as they describe, it was below expectations. The plush was comfortable for a side sleeper but we find that we did sleep "hot".
Straightforward and speed quickly. Haven't tried to contact for exchange or refund so cannot attest to the ease of that.

The process of ordering was easy but it took awhile to get the bed and get updates--took longer than expected. The box it came in was also pretty much destroyed which might have been a UPS issue. (mattress was well packaged and without damage)
