Tory has been wonderful in answering my questions and worked with me on some tears in underside of mattress as well as coil marks. Assured me it won't jeopardize the integrity of the mattress.

Easy from start to finish. Love the bed so far! A little firm but can feel the softness beneath. Hard to explain. Just a little bit of a different experience than what I'm used to (traditional spring). I swear it is helping to heal or adjust my hip issue! (My hip was killing me for months on my last mattress but barely detect a problem since sleeping on Winkbed for less than a week.

If you are a plus size BBW and needs a bed to support your weight. Have no worries Wink bed got you. I'm 400lbs and this bed holds up very well so far. I just pray and hope it stays like this for years to come. Thanks Wink bed!

I've had the mattress for a week. So far, it has is good.

I've been sleeping on the Wink mattress for about a week and it's good. Is it the best? I'm not convinced yet.

Fine bed, but heavy. Have some help to get it upstairs.
Delivery was on time, though the mattress protector came separately 3 or 4 days after the mattress, but we had to let the mattress relax anyway.
You'll have to figure out what to do with the old mattress. We found a place that recycles mattresses that took the old one for $30.00 (queen). We took it there in our pickup.

Only problem with buying on line is inability to lay on the bed first. I initally ordered soft bed since I am a side sleeper and it was what someone recommended. It was too high. I exchanged for firm lux (2x firmer and two inches shorter. Exchange process was a breeze. No I am very comfortable and pleased with the lux firm.

The purchase process was seamless. I ordered it online and received it a week later, even though it was at the end of the Memorial Day sale and I thought it could take a lot longer.
