It was very pleasant and very easy to accomplish by the online chat session I had with the Representative. All questions answered and recommendations taken into consideration.
So far this has been the absolute most comfortable bed I've slept on. In the moment it feels normal like any semi-firm bed but the next day is where it shines. I'm an all sides sleeper and usually wake up with one or two sore spots or aches from some awkward position I put myself in. But now I wake up completely unbothered. Laying down on the bed is a as comfortable as any other high end bed where this shines is the next morning. Very pleased.
Our bed was delivered in a timely manner and so far we are absolutely loving it
I had a great experience overall. The only thing I was baffled by was that Wink doesn't offer foundations to go with any of their beds. We had to purchase a foundation from another company, which kind of scares me because we have no idea if it'll be made well or not.
