The online experience was very easy, and Wink provided great communication on the delivery of the mattresses.

Using Applepay made ordering a breeze and Winkbed kept us abreast of progress every step of the way. I called to see about having our old mattress hauled away and the very helpful (and pleasant) Winkbed CSR promptly scheduled the old mattress disposal that went off like clockwork. I couldn't have been happier about the entire experience.

Our experience was good. I was concerned about the shipping timeframe, but was easily able to reach a customer service representative who explained the process and lead time very clearly.

I tried to return this bed within a month of purchasing because it was so hard and I was having difficulty sleeping. When I contacted Wink Beds, they said that the bed gets softer over time and I need to sleep on it for at least 30 days before I can return or exchange it. I did know this before I purchased the bed, however, I had no idea that the bed would be so hard and that I would have such a hard time sleeping.

Your website is clunky and unnecessarily so. I like sleeping on the firmer mattress so far, though I wish it had better support around the edges for climbing in and out of bed. I'm decidedly dissatisfied with the quality of the $120 (?) mattress protractor and will be sending it back. The highlight of my Winkbed experience so far has been the unpacking of the mattress which is shipped compressed that makes transportation and installation s breathe.

It was really easy placing the order but it took two weeks for the delivery… It says on the website one to two days. It makes it hard to plan on having someone around to help move it and set it up… Also the first date that I was given was August 4 and I almost took down the bed I have now to get ready for it! Glad I didn't.

This was very easy and painless experience. Shipping was fast, and we never had to wonder what was going on.

Contacted customer service for an exchange. Was handled without any hassle in less than 24 hours - and within 5 days the new mattress was at the door. Great service

I feel like the website had a very busy look to it. Distracting. I am returning this bed because it is the wrong dimensions and never filled out properly.

The mattress arrived on time. It unfolded easily and took its final shape quickly. It's height is greater than I thought it might be, but that's fine. Just unexpected.

Received valued input regarding firmness of bed for my particular spinal issues; considering weight and side sleeper, and need for good support. Tory recommended to go with the SOFTER WinkBed. Just Placed the order and certainly look forward to receiving and hopefully benefitting from this Softer Winkbed! RKR

There seems to be a media mirage with many positive reviews for Wink Beds. At least in my case, because I received a twin standard bed instead of a twin XL which I specifically ordered.

This was one of the best shopping experiences ever. It was easy and quick.

Customer service is excellent! The web page is easy for those of us that are not tech savvy. Many thanks for that!

Ordering quick and easy, and it arrived a week later; considering that they are made to order that's impressively quick, and I appreciate the little razor blade opener they sent with it
