Ok experience but the specs in the mattress page doesn't say that there is latex foam in the winkbed plus.
Nothing about my experience with Winkbeds made me feel the experience was great. It was ok but not fantastic. Shipping was delayed twice, the box was literally destroyed and re taped back together. But that's prob because a 100lb item was put in a plain box without anything to support it.
The overall experience was fine but I truly DETEST the post check out thing where buying the frame is presented as something I NEED to do. Its not convenient its shady, shady, shady and make me feel like i shouldnt have purchased anything from this co.
At the end of the day the mattress is fine, I like it... thats the point but nothing about my exp would make me reccomend this co over another.

Shipping said it would take approximately 2 business days to arrive which was a lot sooner than I expected, but the shipping label wasn't even printed until a few days after that. Bed came in in about a week or two from my order which I was more so expecting.

I have had the bed for a little over a week. It was easy to put together and I have slept like a baby ever since. My husband hasn't woke me up turning or snoring and I am beyond happy with our purchase. No smell to the matress and it took about two weeks to get.
Ordering from Wink Beds and exchanging our mattress for a different model has been an excellent experience. The customer service team has been really lovely to work with and the 120 night trial period is excellent. We ended up switching to the GravityLux and the exchange process was so simple and straightforward.

Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.

Answer: Big guy, 365lbs, twin xl, and after 13 months, it's really like new. It's softened just a bit, but no sagging or anything. I can tell because as I side sleep for an hour or so, my arm no longer falls asleep where my shoulder pushes down into the mattress. Best mattress purchase ever, works perfectly for me and being a big guy, I had almost given up hope.
