The bed is divine, and my hubby and I could get it up three floors, up a spiral staircase without issue!
And zero odor at all! We slept on it within hours of it popping up, and I'm sensitive to odors.
The mattress was delivered in the middle of my garden. No doorbell, no nothing. Not even at the door. Plus, it was raining. Horrible delivery experience.

Quick and easy... hassle free! There was a UPS delay but other than that everything went well.
Order was processed quickly and shipped on schedule. The box was beat up but the bed was well protected and in good shape, enjoying it so far!
We thought we wanted a latex bed but after a few weeks, it was just too firm for our liking. After emailing Wink about an exchange, the customer service representative helped us find the perfect hybrid mattress. Within 2 weeks we have our new bed and are sleeping soundly.
Easy to order and promp delivery. I would definitely purchase from this company again. I feel like even though it seemed expensive for just a mattress it delivered more than we could possibly have expected. Well worth every penny.

The feel and support of this mattress is comfortable and gets 4 stars, but am noticing that it sleeps too hot for mine and my wife's comfort. We have woken up once or twice sweating. Because of this my overall rating would be 3 stars.
