This is the second wink bed I ordered after ordering our first one- Luxury firm mattress 2 years back. We are fully satisfied with that mattress and decided to order the Soft king version this time. Mattress came as expected and is softer but not the softest one my husband was expecting. I am little disappointed with the size of this king mattress as this is only 75x79 instead of regular 76x80 size which is misleading!

It was very easy. Maybe a few too many follow up emails once I started checking the site, mulling over my purchase. But the bed arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the product exceeded expectations.
We were pleased our Wink bed arrived early. My husband and I followed the video and set up our Wink bed with no problem. Slept on it for our first time last night and it was everything we wanted it to be. Luxury Firm was the perfect choice.
It was easy to order, although it felt like a gamble. The return guarantee was reassuring. The mattress arrived in a compact box. The two of us, both in our 70's, were about to fairly easily unpack and set it up. Some review sites and users wrote about the mattresses' need to dispel gasses, but we detected no odor at all and used it the first night after it had aired for about six hours.
Overall, we had a great experience. It was delivered in days from when we purchased it. It was pricey, but it seems like we paid for quality all around.
