We received parts quick but there is an extra wire. Emailed customer service and they responded 2 days later asking for photos which I sent. Now nobody will respond.

I ordered a pool filter hose. I paid 22.99 for 2 to 3 day shipping and it's been six days and still hasn't showed up. Company refusing to refund the shipping cost. Will never do business with them again

The heater with 6' cord I ordered did not have a 6' cord, only 4'. It was easy to splice it with the old heater cord though.
