The website picture and description is of a Cover MAX -- which is what I wanted, to replace my original Cover MAX (which had rusted). But what I received was a very different Cover BUTLER. They are quite different. The MAX has an L-shaped bar and is hinged on the spa sides, whereas the BUTLER has a rectangular bar and is hinged on the spa back. I wanted a MAX so that I could quickly replace the one rusted/broken pipe while keeping all of the rest intact. It was a lot of work to uninstall my old MAX and then freshly install this new BUTLER that was shipped to me. But anyway, after all of the extra work, I do like the BUTLER. It's made of aluminum so will hopefully last longer than my original MAX (made of painted steel). But Wild West really needs to change the website picture and description to properly show and describe the Cover BUTLER that you'll receive.

This place did not have the part I ordered even though their website showed it was in stock. It took over a week to get a replacement part that would work. They double charged my credit card before the part was even confirmed to be a replacement and shipped out to me. I still haven't seen the refund for that charge. The phone# *******559 for them done not work so you can't talk to anyone. I will never order anything from this place again.
