If you reside in an apartment building do not attempt to purchase items from this place. They forgot to include my apartment number and I never received the package. It has been over 2 months and they are refusing to acknowledge that there was an issue. When I received confirmation of payment my apartment number was listed in the shipping address however when the package was shipped there was no apartment.

For a building without concierge service this means that Fed Ex would leave the items in front of the building and for a game like steal the bacon, whoever sees it first gets it even though I'm upstairs in my apartment waiting for the doorbell to ring. There is a serious lack of integrity with how this company deals with its own errors.

This is my #1 favorite wholesale. If they're out of stock on something, they will message you to let you know and accommodate you at the same time. I've ordered huge shipments from them for my store and I haven't had anything missing from my orders HUGE PLUS, anndddd I received them no later than 3 weeks.

I ordered my items and a week later they message me saying they haven't shipped it yet because one of the items is out of stock so I got my refund for that item and told them to ship the rest. 5 days later I get my tracking number. Every time I track it, it's being saying label being created for the past 2 weeks. It's been a month now and now its saying tracking number unidentified. I spent $101 and I've just been asking for my refund and now they can't message me back. I'm just fed up with the poor customer service. All the outfits I ordered was for a trip for May 20th through May 26 2021 and now I have to find other outfits and the trip is 3 weeks away. I'm very frustrated and just want my outfits or money ASAP.

Recieved my order, was excited! Opened my merchadise and everything was labeled a 4x but looks like a medium. I guess they dont know what big is. Cant wear the stuff. So Loveywhole sale go ahead and send me that same lame $#*! response that you send everyone else. You wont get anymore of my money!
