Hi WhatGeek, I had the honor of ordering from your site thanks to a great deal I had found. The ordering process was smooth and received proper updates. However when it arrived to the U.S I noticed it was shipped via PiggyShip. I had never heard of that service until ordering from your site and decided to look it up. This shipping partner has terrible reviews throughout every website I looked at. I was getting very worried that I wouldn't be receiving my package like the other users but thankfully I did.

I recommend you use another shipping partner within the U.S, as PiggyShip does not seem to be reliable to a lot of people who get packages through them. I'm thankful I must've been one of the lucky ones that didn't have any issues, but I do plan to order from your site again in the future but I don't want the worry of having something delivered by a terribly rated shipping partner. Just something to consider.

Rocky start but got there in the end I'm happy with my products and apreciate you getting it sent eventually. But you need to be a little more transparent with your customers put things plainly and boldly. Hopefully you take im this criticism and apply it to your brand!

I paid for priority shipping and processing however had to follow up and email over a week later as my order status had not updated. Once I chased it it was sorted but can't say I was impressed with paying extra for priority which I didn't get.

Great experience, the keyboard is lovely and it arrived quite fast!

The discount afforded was really appreciated and considering the keyboard (Lofree FlowLite) came from overseas I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived. I am very happy with the keyboard and service and look forward to using WhatGeek again!

As described, fast shipping received in good order. Didn't have to contact support so I'm not sure how that works out, but thankfully all okay.

First time mechanical keyboard buyer: had hope this one would go along with some custom keycaps I had for awhile and it does! The light baby blue surface is in this pleasing matte application. But of course, the typing experience was what stood out more, I can't go back to regular keyboards. The sound is so creamy and marble-y out of the box and the switches feel so smooth! I had to switch them out on the letter keys tho since I prefer the typing experience on tactiles. Overall I'm glad I made this choice for my first keyboard. Now I just have to figure out if I can customize the knob as well since it looks like it can be easily swapped out. The lights are fun too but I usually prefer to keep them off.

Great experience,this handheld has to be one of the best emulator handhelds ever released. Plays all the old games perfectly. Also plays switch games and some ps2, ps3, games

Well I put in an order and waited for it to be processed. Which it did but after a week and several day of it NOT being shipped I had to e-mail and ask and suddenly later that day it was suddenly shipped. I shouldn't have had to wait that long or at least if that was the norm it should be stated on the site that there's such a long wait time for it to even begin the shipping process. Also unrelated to the shipping, my keyboard seems defective when it comes to the blue tooth mode. I have blue tooth enabled on my pc and it works with everything else but this keyboard even when put into the blue tooth pairing mode, NEVER shows up in the blue tooth list. So instead of buying a wireless keyboard I have to KEEP it wired which is not what I wanted. I have pets that like to chew wires if left unattended.

Got my Anbernic 40xx for Christmas and what a great gift it was! Lots of classic arcade games and old consoles like the pc engine and megadrive, to be honest ive played on this about 2 hours aday 🤣. I would definitely buy from WhatGeek: again. HAPPY DAYS.

Was great at first, then at the start of March it still powers on but no input from the controller.

Being from a place that businesses rarely hear of, I was happy to learn that WhatGeek was willing to find a way to ship products to me. They only charged me an additional $26 to ship to Guam! They were very accommodating.
