Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" sucks. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere.

While my order was successfully completed, I received an email a few weeks after my order that it had shipped (in full). When I received it, there was only the right eye in my box. When I inquired about the left eye lenses, I was told after 3 days of waiting for a response that it was on backorder. I did not receive another email saying it had shipped (that took another 1-1/2 weeks to receive); it just showed up in my mailbox. WebEyeCare, your service could be much better.

Im still waiting for my contacts. After 10 business days the original package was sent back to the supplier. According to USPS tracking number my contacts were somewhere for days. I still dont have my contacts and webeye showed no interest

If the prescription is provided via upload when the order is placed the order will ship same day if placed before 1pm est Monday - Friday. A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
