Did what repairs I wanted done. Price was reasonable for 100 year old pocket watch. Return shipping was fast and product was very secured for return shipping.
The shipping process was simple and secured with tracking both ways and my watch is working great afterward. Very happy and I would use the service again in the future!
Sent luminox watch for repair, bezel does not turn correctly, they were unable to get parts for repair even though they are a certified luminox repair center according to luminox. They were also unable to replace the tritium markers which is the selling point of luminox watches due to there inability to get parts. So all they did was to replace Rhonda movement and sent it back just as dirty as when I shipped it for over $400. I would not do this again
I sent 4 vintage Hamilton electric watches to Watch Repairs USA to receive attention to battery changes and related repairs. They analyzed each watch and sent me an estimate for each and the total for all four. I agreed to the amount and about a month later received the watches in fine running order. I am very pleased with the results and Watch Repairs USA's service. I will use again.
Lee, clocksmith, completely overhauled and restored circa 1825 American grandfather tall case clock. Picked unit up at residence and returned on completion. Great job…works perfectly. Watch Repairs USA most highly recommend. Lee is a perfectionist. And owner is easy to work with.

My watch clasp is too tight (it worked well before servicing), the daily date change is not working properly, and the watch, although an old one, was not polished/cleaned well before being returned to me.
