I bought tickets to Gloria Trevi and found out that the tickets were not where they said they were going to be located. In addition the tickets that i received in the download were a face value of $65 each... so $130 for two. My charge to my credit card was $355. They jacked up the ticket price plus the processing fee. I went with this site because they lured me in with a lower processing fee compared to their competition but i got had because the ticket locations. I spent $1,400 on tickets to find out the day before the concert that I was unable to receive my tickets. They had made things very complicated and made me worried with their gets-delivered-the-day-before policy. I cannot express my hatred and disappointment in this website because I never got to go to the concert I booked two months in advance. There was no way to buy other tickets even if it wasnt sold out because the money takes 5 business days to be refunded. Please do not purchase any tickets from here because it isnt guaranteed you will get to see the performer.
In buying tickets for Book of Mormon, seats were listed as Orchestra Left, Orchestra Right and Orchestra on the website. We reasonably assumed Orchestra, without the Left or Right, meant center. The tickets came the following day and were Orchestra Left, as far left as they could be. We called Vivid Seats. They offered no credit, simply saying "Orchestra" could have meant left or right.
I went to get tickets for Brian McKnight that was playing in an open air small venue for 2 tickets for the LAWN AREA I paid 157.40. They made it seem as if the tickets were virtually sold out. Bait and switch and hidden fees. I clicked to buy a single ticket in a decent section and got a much worse section. Seems there is a little note that the seller has the right to "upgrade" the ticket, but this was the opposite. Customer lack of Service said money went straight to the seller and couldn't refund or correct. They couldn't even look at how the listing differed from the order. The fees weren't listed on the first order page, don't know where they were until I saw the total price on my email, 25% of the ticket price plus $2.50 for the email "stamp and envelope".

Oddly enough I read through these reviews and I see others who had the same thing happen; phantom orders with no refunds or returns. This is my first and last dealing with this scam job. I had my credit card company open an investigation. I know it will not accomplish anything, but at least it feels like I did something.

I purchased 2 tickets to a guns and roses concert on a holiday, and it was 1012. 45 for two tickets, well the prices went up the next day and they sent me email stating I need to call them immediately. I did and they said the price went up 246.00, but they have buyer guarantee?! Heck they didn't do one thing for me, just basically asked if I want to re-purchase my same exact tickets for a larger price! I will never be shopping with them again, very rude representive I talked to tonight, he wouldn't back up his buyer guarantee saying when I told him my issue!
How cheap they are. We had tickets to the Memphis UCF game witch was canceled due to Hurricane Irma and may or may not be played. Vividseats is saying the game has been postponed. I live in Memphis and just can't pickup and fly to Floridia for a game. This is the last time I get seats from these ripoffs.

I bought tickets for a show in Canada which was advertised at the correct price in Canadian dollars but I was charged for in US dollars. They would not refund the ticket or the extra charge from the exchange rate.
