All other reputable ticket sellers are offering some sort of reimbursement for those affected by the Route 91 tragedy, however VividSeats does not see a need to do so. I will not be buying from them ever again.

Beware of hidden fees!

The fees per ticket were outrageous, but what was even more outrageous was that they did not show us the fees until AFTER we submitted our order. When we tried to cancel immediately, they told us the only option was to resell on their site-- seems like a scam! We were only ever able to talk to a customer service person via LiveChat, never over the phone. The person on chat told us they would call within 48 hours, which they did not-- instead, they shipped the tickets during this time, so there was no way we could return them. Will never purchase tickets through them again!

WARNING! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT, I REPEAT... DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! THEY SOLD ME TICKETS TO A YANKEE'S GAME AND HAD ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND MISS THE GAME! LEAVING ME AND A 9 YEAR OLD CHILD WITHOUT TICKETS! THEY LEFT A 9 YEAR OLD HEART BROKEN! Disgusting!

Never in my life have I been as disgusted with a company as I am with vividseats. We are currently in the United States from Australia and thought it would be a good idea to see a hockey game. We googled hockey game tickets and vividseats were the first company that came up. We clicked on the link and followed the sign up process and purchase process properly and paid for 4 tickets. We then received a receipt which stated that we need to print and collect our tickets at the venue. Once we got to the venue we went to the ticket collection office and were told that we did not have any tickets to collect and that vividseats are just a dodgy third party company and have nothing to do with the hockey venue. We then rang the company and spoke to a computer which spoke utter nonsense and continued to hang up on us, phone call after phone call we finally got through to have a very rude lady tell us that they cancelled our tickets. We were not given a reason nor a correspondence stating that our tickets were cancelled. We drove 1 hour to be told that we don't have tickets to watch the game so we asked them to reimburse us for the petrol it cost us to get there and they just hung up. I wouldn't recommend buying tickets from this company to a stray dog! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Ticket was not valid

We bought Disneyland Halloween ticket form Vividseats a month before the event, the reason we bought from Vividseats but not directly from Disneyland because the night was sold out and we only one ticket short for families so we paid almost double for one ticket, we booked flight, hotel take kids to Disneyland, the ticket we got form Vividseats was not valid, Disneyland asked where we got the ticket, we told them vividseats, Disneyland told us the ticket has got refund and many people got not valid tickets form Vividseats suggest us to file a police report.

We called Vividseats in from of the gate of Disneyland because we took flight all the way in Disneyland one of our kids can't not get in to the halloween even. We waiting on phone for half hour then customer servers just hand up on us and we did live chat on our phone with their customer servers, vividseats just asked us don't file police report and the team work on this issue is not work over 5 pm so have to wait for next day.

So end up one of us can't get in, after 4 days now we still not get this issue solve totally ruined our trip to Disneyland.

Still try to contact them and consider to file a police report soon.

Not a happy camper

I have spoken to two agents and even called twice, waited on the phone for hours. Something went wrong for my shipping for my tickets. I have confirmed my shipping to two agents and nothing still has got updated into my account. Im still getting the "action required" status into my account. Upon making my purchase, for the tickets i didnt see front row tickets being "available" being at the "very bottom" of the page, so i wasnt elgible for a refund, and couldnt even switch tickets. Im very upset, and my needs as a customer wasnt met by any means. All i wanted was front row seats, and i would have been satisfied. I guess that was too much to ask. :'(

Don't trust them!

I spent a lot of money for decent seats at an NFL game and they were replaced with seats they said were comparable but they were far from what we wanted. And when I called them on it, after being on hold over an hour, I had to wait another 24 hours for a manager to return my call when the game was 48 hours away. The manager called and basically said they would do nothing because THEY considered the seats to be comparable. Will never use this company again!

Wanted to buy tickets for the Canucks game, 35 each, or so I thought. There was NO mention of any fees/service fees/taxes-nothing on the payment page. I was charged $92.50 American dollars-why was it in American for a Canadian game?

I looked under the FAQ's-all over the website, I even "faked" another sale to get to the page right before purchase to see if there was any mention of fees and nothing. First of all, its shady and misleading to not mention hidden fees and second, I'm pretty sure it's ILLEGAL. Pissed off and angry and will NEVER buy from them again. Considering mentioning this to a lawyer because this is not legal.

Plus, I wasn't sold the tickets I selected on the website... These are twenty rows higher, obstructed, and the original cost of $219 per ticket ended up being a total charge for two of $554! DO NOT BUY from these shysters!

Deceitful, lying, NO customer service, should be taken to task by the BBB and embarrassed publicy... what a ripoff... I hope they enjoy the blackness of the soul that this kind of behavior causes... and that their business practices catch up with them.

BEWARE! Scam!

I I spoke with rep. Prior to posting my tickets for sale on thier site. I was told i would recieve the funds within 10 business days of sale. The rep. Was very nice so i did trust him and posted the tickets. The tickets sold within a day. I received an e-mail that the payment had been received and they would only release my funds 90 days prior to the concert! Which is June of 2018! Called customer service, they were rude and stated that is their policy and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous that they have already been paid and hold your money for 6 months. When the first rep. Lied and said we would receive the funds within 10 days!
