Luis Ochoa offered me the best cost for tickets once all the fees were included. I checked half a dozen ticket resellers. His very polite personal service was really outstanding and he clearly cared about my transaction with VividSeats. When tickets could not be delivered as offered, Vivid phoned me and then had them courriered to me overnight at no extra cost. The concert was in 2 days. I live in Canada. Will definitely call upon Luis and VividSeats again.

He is a wonderful sales agent who had patience with me and helped me purchase the tickets I wanted to the Blackhawks on 10/27. Alex spoke clearly and was polite.
