I'm fine with delays in the current environment. I understand with covid and such. I've ordered plenty of parts and experienced plenty of delays. What I'm not ok with is deceptive customer service. I inquired about my order from January as I expected there would be more delays. I get my response on April 1st with this "The manufacturer is just waiting for their stocking order to arrive any time and once processed into their stock, they will have your order get shipped shortly after." I didn't think think they would lie about my order on April 1st as that would be in bad taste. So imagine how pissed I was to discover this delay at the end of April when I haven't heard anything, "Unfortunately, the manufacturer has informed us that the current ESD for this order is mid-late June." Based on other websites I think we can call it late June as it almost appears that my 5 month old order could be ordered today from a variety of sources and you would receive the same time and maybe even before me. It's a good thing my order appeared to be shipping any day in April!
Vicid has the greatest line of communication skills and updates ever. They keep you posted on any changes to your order and step by step tracking. I love this company. They truly care about their customers.
Placed an order on 4/10/2021, still have not received it. Sit on hold for over an hour. Connor says having trouble getting a hold of manufacturer. I called, got manufacturer on line in 5 minutes, they have product in stock, yet Vivid won't send me the product. Cancellation process has now begun. Will not recommend this company to anyone at all. Other reviewers have issues as well filling orders that are not in stock. Spoke to Connor, Ursy, and Eamon, and nothing gets done but same rhetoric. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Right from the start your company dropped the ball and never ever tried to pick it up. I placed my order on 2/26/21, called on 3/5 for a status update and was given the run around... I got a call back on the evening of the 5th and was asked for more money for shipping because the item was larger... no kidding you know what I ordered when I placed the order... this should have been a red flag but I reluctantly added more funds and was told my order would be expedited... On 3/10 I got an email saying that my order was confirmed and that it would ship within 10 business days. I was disappointed in the delay but hopeful I would have my item. On 3/25 I called and waited on hold for nearly an hour to try to get my tracking number and was told it is in process and someone would get back to me... no one did. Called again on the 29th and given the same garbage... I proceeded to call and email numerous times over the next few weeks getting the same idiotic scripted answers saying that the tracking number will be sent... Frustrated I did what I should have done in the past... I called Precision Porsche who was the manufacturer of the wing for an update... after going back and forth for considerable more time I was able to determine that my wing was crated and ready for shipping on 4/7 but no one from Vivid provided shipping info to the vendor until 4/15 which is when my wing finally shipped... Vivid is full of lies and scripted empty responses... take your business elsewhere...
So far experience is not good! Receive a tracking number (either it is wrong or either it's the wrong shipping address)
Was sent to somewhere in Arizona but i am in Canada, in my confirmation email it was the correct address but the tracking and it's address was not the correct one and I also pay for international shipping.
Please advise asap, I've writing your team since Friday and nothing is conclusive.
I order 2 weeks prior to have it this Thursday, if you can't let me know ASAP and I'll request a refund and buy it local.

Most of the stuff on the website is out of stock and they won't tell you until after you've already paid your bill so good luck and shop with caution. They're just a middleman for all the stuff they sell.
Purchased my item on March 27th. They did not send me any information other than spam me that they want to be youtube Famous. They sent me an email on April 1st for a review, after still not getting tracking information, I wrote an honest review. As 5 days later, I should have received some sort of information on my item. Until I wrote the review did they send me the tracking information which shows it won't get here until April 6th. I understand stuff happens, but their lack of communication, and it being my first order is a bad way to start business. I will never buy from them ever again. After reading other reviews, and the fact that they only have 3 stars off of other review sites should have been more than enough for me not to use them. Lesson learned.
Bought something from them and tried to return it because it was faulty. Did not want to let me return it. They kept going back And fourth with me until after 30 days and then told me sorry. Its been 30 days and we can't return it.
These guys make the best REAL carbon fiber parts on the market. You will glad you spent the extra money when you receive your part
They took my payment for a car part that wasn't even in stock, then when I tried to contact them to see when my order was going to ship multiple, multiple times & I still didn't get a straight answer. Terrible experience. DO NOT order from Vivid Racing, as far as I'm concerned it's a scam.
I ordered some utv wheels 4 months ago and haven't got them yet. When you call and try to talk with someone you just get a recording to leave a message and they don't return your call. Vivid is the worst place I've ever done business with...
Ordered some cats for my g37, on their site they claimed to be in stock and claimed they would be shipped out in the next week, great. Well 2 months go by and they still haven't shipped out yet, open a paypal case just to be told that my order is going to be another 6 weeks out, ended up getting my money back, stay away from these guys
Yup, what the title says. Also the Vivid employee demanded I say I'm a little fat girl and like to smell my own farts.
This company is lacking customer service and training! Vivid sent me the wrong part and then refused to refund my money even after I sent the part back. Even after speaking with Joseph, the sales manger, they refused to help me with my refund until I closed my complaint. I had to pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake. Avoid at all costs, there's other reliable vendors... go elsewhere.
I highly recommend you do your due diligence. I'm totally surprised at how there is any good reviews anywhere for this company. They must spend all their time writing reviews themselves. That would make sense to why you never get responses on emails nor when you call. All seriousness though. I would go with Anybody else other then vivid. They are good at getting customers to take the bait but they can not perform nor do I think they truly care!
I have a 2004 350z and sent my ECU to get reflashed only because they said it would take them 48hrs and I'll have it back. After over 2 weeks of no return emails, phone calls, etc Mr Blake hansen a manager said he would look into it, turns out there's an update to the tool they use and now they can no longer Reflash my ECU. It took them over 2 weeks to let me know that? The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sad thing is they don't even care!
Only giving it 1 star as it won't allow me to click 0 stars. I ordered off their website 175 days ago. I was told my order would take 12 weeks that being November 2020. I still have got 0 updates on where my order is and they ignore all my emails. I paid over €300 shipping as I live in Ireland and now am down over €600. For your own sake do not buy off this website. They take your money, ignore your emails and leave you high and dry.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! Unless you want to wait for months with terrible customer service. At the end you'll end up going elsewhere.
Ordered a custom made steering wheel and paid hundreds of dollars extra to get the Bluetooth and sound buttons in it. Took 3 months to get when they originally said it would be six weeks. Came without the buttons. I called emailed tried chatting hundred of times. They put me on hold then hang up. No one will respond. I have a $1800 wheel I can't use. They are crooks.
I ordered parts for my RZR and waited a month for them to arrive. Only to find out that half were wrong and wouldn't fit. Then began the bs of "I need to contact the vendor", and weeks later "no they don't fit". Only to be told that I would need to pay for packaging and shipping for returns. And then refund would not be guaranteed if the parts were removed from the original packaging. Support from Vivid did not exist.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
